Overall, hotel was easy to get to and room was clean. Room was smaller than what I would have liked but well laid out and breakfast was decent.

I have no issue with the place except twice now...first time I booked i requested a jacuzzi tub and didn't get it...this time I requested a queen bed and got a double A double which is to small for my husband and I to sleep in because we are used to a queen Needless to say...it was a very long night of broken sleep Extremely frustrating

Everything was clean and tidy. Okay for one night. Otherwise, it was a bit cramped and dark.

The room hygiene is okay, but the hotel is a bit old and not as good as expected. It only has three floors. The service attitude at the front desk is very good, the overall environment is very comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious

The price I got on Ctrip was great, 30 Canadian dollars cheaper than a major international website. The room was nice and the price was reasonable.
