Everything was good except first and last day.  First day we reached at 4pm but room is still not ready. So we went to the beach for a walk before going back to reception. Room was ready now and I was told luggage’s already in room. Impressive! When we reached room no luggages in sight. So I called to ask about them. I was told to wait for 10 mins. After 10 mins still no luggages, I called again. This time the person in charge called back to inform me the luggages will be in room in 2 mins. Finally they arrived.  Everyone is friendly in hotel. Room is big with a nice Jaccuzi at the balcony. Soft big bed and a cozy feel. Breakfast was also good.  On last day was a disappointment from getting a 5 star review. After we have  checked out the room. My wife realized that she had forgotten to take her medicine. So she went to a drinks counter next to the reception to ask for a cup of water for her medication. She was asked if she has own cup, if want the plastic cup from the counter need to pay. She was shocked to hear that. My wife told her then forget about the request for water, the lady poured the water in cup left it on the counter and continue with her washing.  This is a 5 star hotel. We expect the staff to be better than this. The cup of water may be a small thing. But the attitude and the staff questions (do you have a cup?) and need to pay for water  were really not necessary.

Very nice resort by the seaside. The room is very huge facing the sea. The breakfast is excellent with various dishes.

It was a really good experience to stay here! The staff is incredible kind and helpful, the rooms are big and the hotel is clean and has great amenities. Will definitely come back!

The room is nice and spacious enough, and the single bed is about 1.1 meters wide. It would be perfect if the cleaning staff paid a little more attention, especially to thoroughly cleaning the stains on the shower walls. The surroundings are decent; the so-called 'stinky ditch' isn't as bad as some reviews make it out to be (there's a sturdy, about 20-meter long bridge, just walk across quickly). The hotel has its own beach, and it's really pleasant to lie on the beach this season. The hotel's breakfast is satisfactory in terms of variety, quality, and type. All in all, I definitely recommend staying here if you're driving.

The facilities are good all things perfect here also impression with service mind ,we love this hotel and villas can walk to the beach ,delicious breakfast and dinner near the beach nice evening. Will come back again

Highly recommened. Great place to stay and have alot of activities in the hotel. Rooftop bar is unique and stunning view point of the sunset.

Amazing and beautiful resort, we did have the unfortunate timing of a wedding during our stay which closed down a section of the beach and meant late night guests were a little noisy past 12am but overall we loved our stay here. The massage here is one of the best I’ve ever had, amazing. Breakfast and lunch is also top notch.

Amazing experience, good service! Location is away from central pattaya and peaceful but would be great to have shuttle bus to central/north pattaya. Drinks were great too

This hotel in Pattaya offers excellent value for money. The breakfast spread is incredibly rich and varied, and the rooftop bar boasts stunning sunset views every evening. They also have some great activities planned every night, which is a nice touch.

Hotel is clean and staffs is friendly and very helpful. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Breakfast buffet has variety choices including Thai, American, Japanese and even kids menu was prepared, Beach front is just a minute walk. There are rooftops bar that guests can enjoy watching sunset while sipping cocktails, the draw back was cocktails a bit overpriced and not many choices. All in all is wonderful stayed!

The hotel is very nice, directly walk down to the beach. The pool is also very nice. But the Gym facilities is not enough.
