The location, cleanliness, and rooms are good. The service, however, needs more attention to guests. I think they should improve their customer service; it felt like I always had to ask for things, and they didn't pay much attention to the guests staying there.

The room was on the second floor. The hallway leading to the second floor was cluttered with items. The wooden floors were quite noisy. The staff were Cambodian. The room was expensive, but upon entering, it felt very ordinary with no welcoming fragrance.

The location was perfect to be able to walk to everything within town and beach. Parking for cars and bikes, including charging stations. View from our room was incredible. Staff were superb friendly.

The location is ideal for a relaxing getaway. However, during my stay at the end of June, there were ongoing renovations which made it quite noisy during the day. Fortunately, evenings were quiet and peaceful. On the pier, some guests were drinking and a bit loud, but it never felt unsafe. It's well-lit, allowing you to sit there late into the night, perfect for squid fishing! Fishing rods can be rented directly from the hotel for 100 baht each. On clear, non-rainy days, it was delightful to simply enjoy the cool, refreshing breeze.

All the staff provided excellent service. The location is incredibly photogenic, and I absolutely loved it.

The property is gorgeous, the rooms are excellent, and the staff are very attentive.

Nice, good food and drinks at the café. We asked for a change of room because of the view from the room we've got wasn't the same as in the picture, they changed it right away for us, so we are really pleased and greatful for that. We had a really nice stay, pretty nice and quiet at night. They provide a map for anyone who'd like to look around the area.

The resort boasts an excellent, peaceful location with a plethora of restaurants and food options in the vicinity. Guests can easily explore the surroundings using the resort's complimentary bicycles. We visited towards the end of the cool season and were still able to enjoy some squid fishing.

Spacious room with four large beds and two bathrooms. Very comfortable.

The housekeeping service and the driver who took us to the temple were excellent. However, the front desk staff were not friendly at all. I had hoped to encounter more welcoming staff who would smile, greet guests, and engage a bit more.
