I recently stayed at hotel mahabaleshwar fragrance and i have to say it was a disappointing experience. Despite the high rates, the service was lacking and the food was subpar. The meals offered were bland and far from enjoyable. Overall, the hotel did not live up to its price tag, and i felt i didn't get my money's worth. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Mobile network issue inside & outside also. Face electricity problem throughout the stay. While there was issue in midnight of electricity outage no was responding the call at reception. There was no hot water.

Location of the property is not at mentioned clearly in the app. I would blame make my trip for this. It's not at all good for family. I paid for extra bed already however there was no extra bed provided. Food is over priced. Only the staff was well behaved that's all. Other than that nothing was good about the property. I would only blame make my trip for this. Whenever i have booked hotels using the app i never had good experience. It's better to go and spend time searching hotels physically and then book one rather than booking from the app. It's fruitless

Location is isolated. Hotel charged extra 3% on payment through credit card. This was not informed at time of booking nor at time of check in. Very upset.

Property is good, however entry road can be improved. Food is good. Fast service. Helping staff. Rooms are big and fresh. Faced slight issue with hot water for bathing.

The hotel is very good and staff is very friendly and well mannered. The food is expensive in hotel but tasty and fresh quality. The care taker is very good. The kitchen closes at 10:30 and i got hungry at 12 am but he somehow managed to get me sandwich. Very polite and mannered. If you travel as family with own car then this is a very good spot for you. The hotels in mahabaleshwar are mostly far from market hence having own vehicle is an added benefit. The hotel will provide paid transport but that will be expensive too. Overall if i talk about staying and hotel then i would say 10 out 10 easily.
