Awful hotel! From the beginning. We frequent travel. By choosing the hotel we were fooled with photos on the website. Ordered 3 rooms for the whole family. All three rooms are in poor condition (Photos provided from room 1). First part of the family settled. Later, the others. When the other part of the family was settled, did NOT ask for documents! Little did anyone come! The organizations ”ANTITERROR” will be very interesting! I promise! Next ... There were no tape, no hygiene facilities such as toothbrush. This is all paid! Ordered sauna ham tc our family loves healthy rest. When entering the room there was a pond that was not removed, before our arrival. The water in the shower is rusty!!! A minute 2000 rubles is a sauna. The pool is ice, the handle is shaking. In the sauna room 2 baths Finnish and Hamam. The Finnish did not heat. In general the money was dropped into empty. Next ....
