Susukino
This is the BEST hotel in Sapporo for long term stay. The staff was very kind, thoughtful and friendly. I used the GYM almost everyday because it was so spacious. Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom as well. They have afforaable coin Laundry as well! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a long stay, telework (internet is high speed and theres a working desk), affordable and cozy transportation around Sapporo. It is also close to many popular delicious food around Sapporo. 5 STARS! SHOUT OUT to the front desk team, especially Matsu****a-san, Dendra and Liu Chih for making my stay so comfortable - they're always so ready to help especially with me moving in and out of the hotel so much to travel around Sapporo! THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY STAY LOVELY!

It was safe even if it rained because there was a building ”Japan life Sapporo building” with the entrance and exit of the underground passage at a distance of less than 1 minute walk from Sapporo Station. The hotel room is clean and spacious 々, the hotel has a dripping coffee with the tea of the serving building in the room for the first time. I had a morning ... I regret that the seafood bowl was delicious and delicious and I should have eaten the seafood bowl before eating other dishes and then go to take other dishes. It was so delicious that I felt like I didn't have to go to Nijo market to eat seafood bowls. The public bath was also very beautiful, and the staff was in and out at a considerable frequency, so it was easy to speak when I was in trouble. The shampoo and conditioner in the public bath thought it was the taste of the trip, and it was hit this time! When I checked at the morning bath, I am considering the ”probancia” of the pelican soap now! I left my luggage when I checked out for a walk in Sapporo, but it was convenient for the self locker type that the cloak chose and stored the password number by itself in another room. I was satisfied with everything. I think I can go to Sapporo again or go to Solaria in another travel destination. I will add a nice smile of the word. I will go to stay again.

Let me talk about the bad experience first. I didn’t pay attention to the smoke-free/non-smoking issue when I booked the room. I printed the paper order before the trip and found out that I booked a smoking room (this was my own mistake). I asked Ctrip to change it and was told that there was no room. I hope that the hotel will be treated by the Chinese people. I will discuss it when I arrive at the store. However, the front desk at the time of check-in has neither Chinese service nor English. Relying on mobile phone translation software, it is really like a chicken and a duck talking. I have to give up and stay in a smoking room . I checked the Ctrip app that night and it showed that there was a non-smoking room the next day (according to the screenshot of the day). I contacted Ctrip's online customer service, hoping to get help. I packed my luggage early the next morning and left a message to the front desk. If the booking agent assists Change rooms, please help unload the luggage. But when I went back to the hotel that night, I saw Ctrip's online message, but I didn't change it. I needed to negotiate it myself, but it was too late to go back to the hotel, and the room was full again, so I had to spend the night in the smoking room! Unpleasant smell of smoke, unable to sleep for two nights! In the middle of the night, I communicated with Ctrip’s online customer and explained the situation and demands. I went downstairs at 5 a.m. and negotiated with the front desk by relying on the translation software on my mobile phone. I learned that there will be a non-smoking room in the next two days, which is a higher-level room type, but I need to pay 8,800 yen/night for an upgrade cost. However, the Ctrip APP still had a non-smoking room on that day (the screen shot of the Ctrip APP was used as evidence, and the room rate was lower than when I booked it), which hindered the communication problem, and I was unwilling to waste time with the front desk. If this is the only option provided by the front desk to change rooms, it is useless to negotiate, and we can only give up and go upstairs to wash and pack our luggage. . . Leave your luggage at the front desk before going out, and confirm that you will return to the hotel at night before staying in a non-smoking room. The room change in the past two days was not only the disappointment of negotiating with the front desk, but also the helplessness that I, an old member of Ctrip for more than 20 years, gave me when I needed help from Ctrip. Although I saw it on the Ctrip app later The message from the customer service is to compensate me half of the upgrade fee, but what is the point of this compensation? ! The total room fee is nearly 10,000 RMB, and two of the four nights have bad rest! Let me also say good things, the location of the hotel is good, 10-15 minutes walk to the Susukino and Tanukikoji shopping districts, the Nakajima Park Subway Station is just outside the door, and the Nakajima Park-New Chitose Airport Bus Station is 5 minutes’ walk away, it is easier to go to and from the airport JR is more convenient. Let me talk about suggestions. The hotel is old and the equipment is outdated, but the sanitation is acceptable, but hotels in Japan are generally not new. There is no Chinese service for Chinese courtesy (I hope that Ctrip will update the APP information after confirmation, so as not to mislead Chinese guests), and don't rely on good English services in four-star hotels. Remember to install Japanese translation software on your mobile phone. Finally, and most importantly, if you don't smoke, you must carefully check whether the smoking or non-smoking room is before booking.

I visited for the first time in 5 years, so I chose this because there is a pool. Because the pool outside was not open, there were many people on the day trip and the pool in the pool was full. I was able to swim until 21 o'clock so I was empty at night. It was a bit troublesome building structure to go to the hot spring from the pool. It was a pity that dinner could only choose Viking in the corona. The menu was the same every day for three times. The roast beef was different every day. I would like to improve the menu that incorporates a little more Hokkaido vegetables (steamed corn and vegetables). The stab was also bonito, sweet shrimp, and uh, sorry. The crab was delicious. I had a business hotel with a ikra, so I was sorry to feel expensive for 4000 yen dinner. I think the price of lunch buffet is reasonable. The chef will divide you in the Viking corner, but I didn't know how to line up and I was troubled. There was a green tape on the floor, but it was not lined up along it and there was 々 when it was sideways. Even if it was lined up, it was misunderstood or disgusting. I think the child's Viking menu should be made to another corner. It was troublesome to not eat potatoes and fried rice from the chef.

Nice cosy hotel in the heart of Sapporo ! Very clean and new . It would be better if the parking was free for this hotel . Nonetheless the price per night is value for money . Will definitely stay here again .

Private lodging rooms can be entered with a PIN. Parking is free. IH cooking heater, mini refrigerator, rice cooker, cooking utensils (pots, frying pans, kettle pots, colanders, bowls, ladles, etc.), tableware (rice bowls, bowls, platters, glasses, mugs, chopsticks, spoon forks), unit bath , TV, towels (large and small), desk and chair, 2 beds and a spare futon. It seems that breakfast and dinner can be ordered in the common space (suspended due to corona), and it was open to residents during the day. The hot springs can be used late at night and early in the morning, except during cleaning hours during the day. There is also a sauna and open-air bath. Since the temperature of the source is high, there is water and disinfection. Seicomart, Lawson, Family Mart and bus stop are also within walking distance (10-15 minutes). Enjoy a quiet and green stay.
