"Peaceful, Clean, Isolated" We booked the hotel in the last minute because our trip plan changed. We booked the "Run of house" room-only type at an acceptable price. We arrived late at about 21.00. An aunty was at the reception to check us in. Although she could not speak English but she appeared very friendly. We got a room on the first floor. The room was new, clean, and large; with a separate living room, a bathroom, and a bedroom (western style). We went to the Onsen right away; there were indoor and outdoor Onsen. At that time, there were no other people in the bath, so it was so private and relaxing.  We spent a night there and left early in the morning. There were other guests in the hotel but it was quiet and peaceful. The check out process was quick. The only drawback was the location. It was a little bit far away from other things. The closest bus stop was about 10 minutes away from the hotel (it was okay in the day, but walking along that route at night was a bit scary as there were a lot of abandoned buildings).

All facilities are clean. The room is big and cozy.

Perfect for couples. We stayed on the second floor no lift which is okay. There is public bath, indoor and outdoor. Small but very clean and well maintained. Will return to hotel again in the future. Nice and quiet away from the centre area.

The service and amenities were great, as well as the onsen. Breakfast was also very good too. The check-in and check-out were very easy to do, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The local was ok, I recommend this place of you want to stay out side of sapporo, but if you plan on comuting into the city then be mindful of how long it takes. The room was really clean and tidy, but it did see a few ants in my room. (I visited in winter so if you go in the other seasons you may be fine)

It was a Perfect choice for lone travelers. Room was clean and quiet, breakfast was delicious. Hope to visit again for a relexation back to Jojankei, next time. many thanks. :)

The hotel is not easily accessible, but the facilities and cleanliness are acceptable. It's fine for one night's stay. There's nothing nearby—no restaurants, no tourist attractions, and no photo spots. Note this.

I had a very pleasant stay. I was very happy to be able to see the starry sky from the open-air bath and that there were hot spring towels and washcloths in the room. If there was a deodorizing spray, I would have given it a 5-star rating! Please consider it!

The hotel is nearly an hour away from Sapporo by bus. I booked it because I saw that there was a pick-up service. Who knew that the phone call on the day said that there was no pick-up service. I looked at the Ctrip page again and needed to click in to see it. I needed to communicate with the merchant. I was careless. The hotel reception seemed to be from northern China, so there was no communication barrier throughout the whole process. The room is a full Japanese style room, you can brush your teeth, wash your face and go to the toilet in the room. The bathing and hot spring bathing are downstairs and end at 11 o'clock. Because of the bus, the time is quite tight. We left early in the morning because of the long distance. Overall, the experience is pretty good

Pros: The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is very clean, the hot spring bath is also very hygienic, and the outdoor hot spring courtyard is well decorated. Cons: However, there is no food supply in winter, and the convenience store is a bit far away. Overall, it is very good.

Chinese male receptionists are very bad, they are all Chinese, choose carefully

It is about 1 km away from the city center. I stayed in a Western-style room. The hot spring was also good. Be careful because there are few places to eat.

A very good hot spring hotel. You can communicate in Chinese. The service is warm and newly renovated. It is worth recommending!

Not convenient for people taking the bus, more suitable for people driving The hot spring pool is small and a bit disappointing

It was so good. There is an open-air bath, and the food served at the restaurant was Chinese food and it was delicious! The staff can't speak English, so you have to prepare some Japanese! It was good overall, but the interior smelled a bit like paint.
