I don't think there is a hotel that is clean and more cost-effective than this for a family of three. It was the most spacious and comfortable room among the hotels that my family of three stayed in while traveling to Osaka and Fukuoka.
I was happy every day because the bathroom was as spacious and comfortable as a Korean home bathroom and was well cleaned. (They clean it thoroughly every day.)
Above all, the fact that there is free breakfast is a huge advantage. Scrambles are a work of art, and breakfast is complete with just white rice, a slightly boring vegetable soup curry, and Vienna sausages. hehe
It can be used like a book cafe during normal times, so I thought it would be delicious to bring a tumbler, get ice from the second floor, make espresso, add milk, and make an iced latte. It's a pity I didn't bring a tumbler ㅠㅠ
The location was really good as Hosui Susukino Station was right in front of the main gate, and Susukino Station was just a short walk away. You can walk to many restaurants, and you can also use the underground passageway from Susukino to Sapporo Station, so you can leisurely walk around, see the sights, and do some shopping.
The downside is that the hotel is located on both sides, so there are no good views. It was on the 11th floor, but it had a wall view. lol
Since I was planning to leave early in the morning and come back late at night, it was okay to just sleep.
Oh, the performance of the refrigerator is amazing even though it is small. On the first day, I bought milk and yogurt and put them in the refrigerated section under the freezer, and I was surprised that they were really frozen. (This is where I learned that Japanese milk and yogurt are delicious even when frozen and thawed... haha)
I feel safe because there is a humidifier and air purifier.
The downside is that check-out is a bit early at 10 o'clock, but Nijo Market is nearby, so after checking out early, we stopped by Nijo Market for a meal, toured the Megu Milk Factory, walked around, picked up our bags, and returned home.
If you plan to travel independently with plenty of time, it is convenient to purchase a round-trip limousine ticket from the airport. (Getting on and off near Susukino Station makes it very accessible.)
Self check-in/out is not that difficult, just enter up to 4 letters in English and search. I entered my full name, but it was saved truncated, so I was embarrassed because it couldn't be searched.
There is always a staff member who can speak English/Japanese, so you can get help.
You must have a card key to use the elevator, so be sure to carry it with you.
Thank you for a comfortable trip.
