Excellent customer service

I stayed in Sapporo for five nights during the snow festival, and this hotel was one of my favorites in Sapporo. The room was large, and although the hotel had a bit of a historical feel, it was very clean and comfortable. What I liked most was the amazing onsen (hot spring), followed by the delicious and varied breakfast, and the restaurant wasn't too crowded. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Sapporo. The only downside was that it was a bit far from the subway station, which was quite tiring to drag luggage around during the snow season.

I'm very happy to have stayed here after such a long time. I'm grateful to the hotel receptionists, as well as the spa receptionists, cleaning staff, and staff at the spa's dining area, for making my stay so comfortable.

I was able to enjoy the hot springs as much as I wanted, and the accompanying services for guests were excellent. The price was a little high, and the building may have been a little old, but overall I was very satisfied, and would definitely return if I had the chance.

The room was spacious and quiet, and I slept comfortably for just one night. It was a bit disappointing that the air conditioning temperature could not be adjusted.

The front desk staff were very helpful and easy to understand. The staff were also very considerate, which was great. The only downside was that there was no hotel guide in the room, and the instructions for things like adjusting the room temperature were in small letters that were hard to read. I think it would have been nice if there were at least some large letters for those kinds of instructions. The breakfast buffet was delicious, the staff were polite, and the bath was comfortable. Thank you very much.

The hot spring facilities are great for soothing your tired body. The downtown area is within walking distance, so it's very convenient.

I think it's very good because it's always safe and reliable♪ The parking information is especially smooth and easy even in winter🌸anytime〜 I'm very satisfied, I'm very satisfied🌸 The bath is even better🌸 If you're staying in Sapporo, I definitely recommend this place♪
