If you want to meet the hotel specifications, you will be disappointed~ There is public space on the first floor, but we went late, walked earlier, and didn't see other people... It is worth mentioning that since I am booking a mixed shop for men and women, I am a small Korean squad in the downstairs~

This is a highly recommended place. If you're on a tight budget and you only need the essentials in traveling then The Stay is the perfect place for you. It's a guesthouse that offers the accommodation that you are comfortable with. They have dormitory rooms but also semi-private shared rooms. They don't serve breakfast but there is a kitchen and coffee and tea are free. It's location is convenient as it easily accessible via public transport. If you like walking, it's just 15 minutes away from the nearest subway station (Susukino).The staff are wonderful to work with and they try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You can rent a towel and slippers and buy a disposable toothbrush at an affordable price. They don't have a parking space but there are pay-parking spaces nearby.

If you are dissatisfied with the facility, you did not have a hot water toilet seat in the toilet, and you did not find the wifi ID and password even if you saw it many times. I had been 4 nights stay at this property with three people. The room is big enough for us,separate toilet and shower rooms that is good offering. It has kitchen room and washing machine that great choice. It's easy to walk to centre Susukino and Nijo Market 30min walk for great exercise 💪
