GGuest UserWe had such a lovely stay at the Sapa Farmstay! The local family running the establishment is warm, friendly, and hospitable. We ate dinner with them twice—the food was beyond delicious and fresh, and I loved the family-style atmosphere during mealtime. The rooms were just like the photos: comfy, clean, and well-decorated, with plenty of hotel-style amenities! The only minor drawback was the hot water…it was quite cold in Sapa during our visit in January, and the hot water never lasted more than 3 minutes or so during showers. This was a minor issue, though, and we will for sure re-book when we return to Sapa again!

GGuest UserThis place is perfect for the traveler who picks a place and just wants to be near open fields and doesn't want any of the convenience of city life. If that's you you'll love this place. The owner is extremely friendly and will check what you want for breakfast, very warm and hospitable.
If you're the kind of traveler who wants to walk around the city with all kinds of restaurants near you this place is not for you. It is located in an area that is under some development so even for Grab drivers (car), getting in or out of that place is not convenient UNLESS you're getting on a bike.
Great place, just located very far from everything.
