Taxi is around 5-10min from city Centre. U have to take a buggy to your unit but the team is responsive and quick to come. Breakfast is decent. Love the room.

There is reply from property. We requested to cancel because our daughter is seriously sick. We brought her to hospital, hospital closed and we get consult with our local clinic in Cambodia.  We booked VAN from Hanoi to Sapa and finally we had to cancel because of this problem. No refund finally.

I had an amazing experience at Sapa Jade Hill Resort & Spa, and what really stood out was their thoughtful service. They found out it was my birthday during my stay, and they went the extra mile by surprising me with a birthday cake and a lovely little celebration. It was such a warm and personal gesture, and I was especially impressed by the staff, like Sỹ, the buggy driver, who was very handy and helpful with our asks even though it was late. It really made the whole stay even more memorable. And of course, kudos to the spectacular panorama view from the balcony and the bath tub!

My stay at Sapa Jade Hill Resort was unforgettable. The resort blends perfectly with nature, offering stunning views of the valleys and rice terraces. The villas are beautifully designed with a cozy, rustic charm, yet still provide modern comforts. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure I felt welcome. The only small downside was that the restroom in my room had a little smell, which I think the resort could improve.

Both rooms in our party of 4 were infested with termites and ants, not just a few…hundred of bugs. We thought at first one of the cleaners may have inadvertently left a window open and the bugs came in attracted to the light, but once we checked that all the windows were closed, we noticed dead piles of bugs in all corners of the room…next to the bed, in the closet, all around the sink and bath. This is completely unacceptable cleanliness standards for a hotel of this cost. What made it worse was the time it took for the hotel staff to fix the situation, which happened at 1am. This is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had, can’t warn travelers enough about the Jade Hill Resort & Spa in Sapa.

If you like to immerse in nature, this is the resort you should booked! This resort is up in the mountains with fresh air. We stayed in a bungalow which has a nice balcony to chill. But weather was too cold to chill outside so is a pity. There’s warm blanket already lay on the bed so you won’t freeze to death during winter time😄. Breakfast was good too. There’s free shuttle to bring you to town & back as well. Highly recommended for those who like outskirts stay which are mostly quiet & serene.
