We stayed at this hotel for three nights. We were greeted and checked in immediately upon arrival.
The room had all the necessary toiletries, but on the second day, my wife didn't get a comb—she was a little upset.
On the first day, the room was cool, especially at night.
We also had some minor issues with the air conditioning: it wasn't working, so we called the receptionist to fix it. He adjusted the unit, but unfortunately, he entered the room wearing street shoes, which doesn't seem very hygienic.
We were given two bottles of water during our stay, which was a bit inadequate.
The hotel offers motorbike rentals, which cost around 200,000 VND.
Breakfast was the most enjoyable part of the stay 😄
They left much to be desired.
We arrived at 8:00 a.m., but there was almost nothing on offer, and when we asked about food, we were told "no, sorry." This was very disappointing, as we were expecting more. There was no meat. The staff cooked scrambled eggs upon request, but they were cooked in a huge amount of oil.
The soundproofing in the hotel is very poor.
One day, somewhere around 11:00 p.m. - midnight, people checked into the room next door and were making such a loud noise that we could even hear them in our room.
Overall, the hotel is not bad, comfortable, and conveniently located, but we would recommend improving the breakfast and paying more attention to the details of the service.
