I have a good experience staying at this hotel. The owner of hotel is also kind and helpful. He helps us to carry our luggage up to 4th floor. Overall I enjoy staying at this hotel.

The location here is incredibly convenient, highly recommended!!! It's only a 5-minute walk to the Sapa Cable Car station and a 1-minute walk to the church. The restaurant owner doesn't speak much English, but he's very friendly and easygoing 👍. You can use your phone's translator to communicate with them if you need anything!

It was nice that it was close to the downtown area. Above all, it was cheap and good value for money. There were lots of things to eat and enjoy around.

Recommended for a price under 20,000 won. It is cost-effective accommodation. There is a big drawback that there is no elevator. Location is okay The map address provided by Trip.com is incorrect. I got lost a lot If you search for the hotel name, it will take you to a strange place.

The location of this hotel is great, very central but fairly quiet due to being down a side road. It is close to Sapa Square so expect some noise in the evening but this doesn’t go on late (usually was very quiet from 10pm). The hotel was really flexible and everyone working there were friendly and accommodating. We arrived at midnight and they had the room ready for us and allowed us to extend for two additional nights at late notice. However, I would not recommend staying in this hotel for more than 1 or 2 nights. Unfortunately there is no heater in the rooms (unless you pay 400,000 VND) so it is VERY damp. Our bedsheets became extremely damp as our trip went on (we did request for them to be changed which the hotel happily did but it didn’t help much). Our clothes were all damp and towels do not dry no matter where you hang them. There was mould all over the wall in one of our rooms which has been covered by a plastic wallpaper. Unfortunately this did impact our stay despite everything else about the hotel being great value for the price.
