En Hotel Sapa

The En hotel Sapa is around 10 km from the Sapa center with many local restaurants, mart, handicraft shops, cafes, and pubs around. Genuinely not a bad place if you're staying for 2-3 days. The service was great although they didn't do what I requested one time, which was to have my room cleaned. The room was spacious and clean but you'll find some small bugs that end up in the room from the window or balcony. There was a mini fridge, two water bottles, a kettle and a glass, towels, shampoo, body gel, toothbrush & toothpaste and a hair dryer. They have a swimming pool on the roof but I didn't get to try it out. The hotel is run by multiple people. I think there were 2 guys and 2 ladies. They aren't at the front desk the whole time so you might need to wait for a bit but it doesnt take long before one comes up to the lobby. Overall the room was quiet, peaceful and private. No smell of smoke and wasn't really loud except for when people outside would yell. But because the hotel is far away from the town, only small numbers of shops open past 8 pm and very few cars drive by. The breakfast offered by the hotel was mediocre, it's enough to get you through the morning and the laundry service charge is 40k VND/kg which isn't that cheap but its okay.

Very nice hotel with a tasty breakfast, with the pool just next door it’s very convenient. Just slightly far from the centre but there is plenty of taxis to and from.

It was a really clean room and bathroom! The room was also nice and large and so was the bed. We stayed on the top floor so had a nice view from the balcony. The infinity pool was also a great addition but a little bit cold. Breakfast was good but the waffles felt a bit soggy. Overall, I would definitely reccomend this place especially for its amazing price :)

Room was dirty, staff weren't very friendly and the photos listed dont look like the reality. Pool was very small and there was nowhere to sit. Breakfast was limited and the breakfast room wasn't clean - full of crumbs, leftover food and jam all over the floor (even at 5pm)

We love our hotel room with mountain view and the service is great. We enjoyed the breakfast too. The location is not Sapa center, but its easy to book grab like 20mins away from 170k vnd to 200k vnd. Outside the hotel are lots of restaurant, coffee shops, massage area and theres a very affordable convenient store there in front of the school. Od prefer to go baack and book again tgere instead in Sapa its more peaceful and surely you will enjoy the hiking and the scenery.

Everything was good but when I was check in the reception told me that I didn't payment to her hotel. ???

Room was clean. Location is nice to go for hikes directly, though be mindful that most group hikes start in Sapa centre. A taxi ride from the hotel to Sapa takes 25-30m. Overall it’s a nice and quiet hotel. I ended up needing to book one of the more expensive rooms (the only one availability during Tet). To that point, I don’t think the hotel was worth price I paid, however I can imagine their basic rooms are better value and not a bad choice. I would not book again.

The staff are very accomodating. The room are clean even the hall way.
