An old chain hotel located in the old town of Sao Paulo, close to Paulista Avenue, and there is a small supermarket next to the hotel. The hotel rooms are clean and sanitary, the corridors are a bit dark, but the lights in the rooms are warm. We are in a combined room, two rooms with a couple bed and two single beds. Positive points: comfortable, spacious accommodation. It has shampoo and free conditioning and good shower. We need to print a voucher and the reception staff were gentle and helped us promptly. In addition to the common areas, you only travel by your floor (to use the lift you need to have the card). Negative points: Surface cleaning in the room. My daughter used a hair thread on the floor of the room, and the hair was unclean; and I found hair thread on the floor as soon as I arrived; and the bed clothes are rough, old and yellow; and the hairs are bad. In the morning breakfast, they do not clean the tables as they are unoccupied; you sit down to drink coffee on the dirty table; I don't know if all rooms are like that, but in my windows were locked. That is good for those who are with children, but, on the other hand, it does not breathe.

The hotel is excellent when it assessing the costs and benefits!! Does it have some improvements to be made? Yes! But nothing to catch the roller. The bathroom needs special attention because it goes very well when we take a bath, it has an old style with those bathrooms you take a bath inside, but the rest of the room is space and more refaided. We stayed in two different rooms because we went to the camps and returned, in the second room the couple bed was made up of two single beds together, so it was a little uncomfortable but it flowed well. The breakfast is simple and repeated, but the service and the friendliness of the staff is show!! As the cost-benefit relationship said is worth it. And another is very close to the main attractions

Excellent staff! It does not have room service and to have breakfast you have to go to another building, which is uncomfortable if it is raining and cold like these days. The best thing about this hotel is its staff. Very friendly

Great in-person concierge. Attentive, helpful staff. Apartment 401 with delightful balcony, table, chairs, facing the street and views of the tree-lined Pça. The street is a little noisy until midnight. Great quality bed linen and towels. Impeccable cleaning. Great size. Congratulations to the Manager of this unit Charlie.

Great stay! Ibis Barra Funda have the greatest location close to all my commitments during business travels. Kitchen is great!!! As a remark, I believe Ibis should reward frequent guests; a matter of loyalty but they don’t. The previous Accord rewards is gone; the new one totally doesn’t work. They do not even offer a bottle of water or similar amenity to an arriving guest. Simply they do not care anymore.

O hotel é muito bom. Consegui fazer um early check in por um preço muito bom. O pessoal do hotel são muito educados e atenciosos. Eu tive uma excelente estadia. Super recomendo. Em fiquei hospedada recentemente neste hotel a trabalho e em um dos dias, enquanto tomava café da manhã (no salao que inclusive é foto de capa deste anúncio), fui ao banheiro e acabei esquecendo meu celular lá. Quando voltei, o mesmo não estava mais lá e em nenhum lugar. Na hora quis acionar a gerência, mas não estava trabalhando no dia e não recebi qualquer respaldo da unidade ou da rede Transamérica. Estava a trabalho e tive sérias perdas e um dano psicológico resultante de stress enorme por conta de uma situação dessas. Somente dois dias depois fizeram contato, mas não mostraram as imagens da câmera que revelaria o(a) culpado(a). Já tomei as providências legais e até agora nada, estou esperando por justiça e eles não movem uma palha! NÃO INDICO e inclusive estou escrevendo isso para que NÃO SE HOSPEDEM lá ou deixem seus pertences em qualquer lugar pois EXISTEM PESSOAS DE MÁ FÉ NOS CORREDORES deste hotel, e o mesmo não faz nada a respeito nem NADA PARA A PROTEÇÃO DOS HÓSPEDES, APENAS PARA PROTEGER A SI MESMO. PÉSSIMO!

Cheguei a noite, haviam 3 recepcionistas conversando no balcão. Uma de cabelo rosa, outra de dreads e mais uma outra morena. Não vi o nome de nenhuma. Fiquei parada na frente delas enquanto elas ainda conversavam, perguntei então: ”é aqui que faço o checkin?”, uma olhou pra outra pra ver quem é que atenderia. Uma delas começou meu atendimento, a reserva não estava no sistema, até ai tudo bem sei como funciona. Então ela fez a inserção manual e, enquanto fazia isso, o bate papo delas ainda se seguia falando sobre seus relacionamentos amorosos sem se preocupar com a postura profissional frente ao cliente. Finalizado o checkin, assinei a FNRH e me deram a chave dizendo apenas o número do quarto. Não tive mais nenhuma instrução. Decidi então ir até o lobby bar, onde fui atendida por uma moça muito simpática. Percebi que estavam servindo jantar pra um grupo especifico, havia alguns garçons circulando. Enquanto a menina do bar esquentava o congelado que comprei, uma moça da cozinha apareceu informando que o prato vegetariano estava pronto, assim começou uma conversa entre a moça do bar, os garçons e a moça da cozinha, todos totalmente despreocupados com os clientes ao redor ouvindo seus comentários insatisfeitos acerca de seus próprios trabalhos. Peguei minhas coisas, fui para o quarto e fiquei surpresa ao ver que não havia frigobar. Tudo bem, erro meu ao esperar esse item de um quarto feito para ser realmente básico, contudo comprei várias bebidas no lobby bar e não fui informada em nenhum momento de que não havia onde armazená-las no quarto. Também reservei um quarto só com a cama de casal, mas o que me deram foi o quarto que tem o beliche em cima. Decidi ficar nesse mesmo para evitar mais transtornos. Mais tarde no mesmo dia, precisei falar com a recepção e não havia nenhuma instrução de como fazê-lo pois no quarto também não tem telefone. Fiquei buscando na internet um contato, sem sucesso. Até que me dei por vencida e fui ao elevador decidida a descer e então vi que o telefone fica no corredor. Liguei para a recepção e tocou incansavelmente até cair. Atenderam na quinta tentativa. Informei que minha acompanhante chegaria em alguns minutos e perguntei se era necessário deixar o nome dela previamente autorizado já que não haviam me pedido a informação no checkin. Então o atendente disse que minha reserva era para apenas uma pessoa. Expliquei que eu havia reservado para 2 pessoas, mas a recepcionista havia inserido a reserva manualmente no sistema e possivelmente era um erro. A resposta foi: ”Então tá! Vamos liberar quando chegar!”. Não houve nem mesmo a tentativa de ir confirmar a minha alegação. Por fim, o quarto em si é básico, limpo e entrega o que promete para uma hospedagem rápida. Mas a equipe precisa de treinamento, sou hoteleira, observo tudo, não tive nenhuma instrução básica sobre nada. No check-out, a mesma equipe estava no balcão (sai também a noite), perguntei como fazê-lo e todos continuavam conversando despreocupadamente. E
