Excellent location, with great cost and benefit. Morning breakfast could have more items, but it takes the basics, even for the value it is.

It was a great stay for three nights. Its a new and modern building near the metro and bus station so you can travel around the city easily. The apartment is new, fully equipped, clean, good size including a big balcony, netflix and fast internet. The place is near restaurants.

It's not a reception. It's difficult to register the face to access the building. The bed sofa is precarious because it's sleeve and serves only to the child up to 10 years. I suggest that I have a daily lobby. I suggest that I give single bed options.

This was the second time within a month that we were lodged at this hotel. It is a best buy sort of place, decorated to please the youth but everyone will feel welcome anyway. Rooms are small , sort of minimalist, but they cater for the basic needs. Breakfast is communitarian, with toasters spread over large tables. If your size is not ‘extra large’, you’ll feel comfortable at this hotel. By the way, the location is excellent, it is next to a subway station and, besides, it is just a stone’s throw from Paulista’s Avenue.

It is not a hotel in fact we have almost no support on the site, we arrived and had to wait until they found the booking, even showing the code. When we went up, we found that there was no edreddom in bed and asked at the reception, but the attendant said that it could not only help in whatsapp, I asked for a cover, a coat something because it was very cold, but they said that there was no way We have been very bad asleep because of the cold. 値段と立地はよかった。また部屋全体は新しくてきれいだし、部屋同士の騒音は気にならない（廊下で誰かがしゃべってるととてもうるさいので廊下と部屋の間の壁の厚みにかなりの違いがある） だから全体的にまたサンパウロに来たらここに泊まると思うのですが残念な点および注意点です。 ・チェックインがめんどくさい。フォームにいろいろ書かなくてはならず、時間がかかります。受付が混んですごく待たされる可能性が高いデス（そのような場面を目撃しました）。私はすでにサンパウロにいたので11時には到着してチェックインをすませたのでスムーズでした ・インターネットが使えないと書いていた人がいたが使えます。ただ安定しない（ブチブチ切れたり）可能性があります。私はアマプラみれました。時々とまってしまうこともありましたが。 ・掃除は有料50レアルかかります、タオル交換などは無料でしてもらえます。ですがこちらがWhat’sAppで聴かないと教えてもらえません。私は2日の滞在なのでしませんでした。 ・シャワーは10分以上出しっぱなしにするとお湯が出ます。お湯になるまで待ちましょう。 ・キッチン道具は鍋はかしてもらえた。ほかはないみたい。後ドライヤーも借りれました。 ・多々不具合があることが予想されます。シャワー・キッチンなど。ちなみにカギはキーをもらっても（番号を教えてもらう）一度もあかなかったです・・・( ´∀｀ )部屋のドアをあけてもらいたいときは部屋の前からwhat'sAppであけてとメッセージしなくてはならず面倒でした。 それでも部屋は申し分なく、値段と立地（便利かつ安全そう）を考えてもお勧めします。 不具合についてはやっぱり・・・！みたいな感じで、不運に当たったと思わず（レビューを見ると皆さんそうみたいだから）それ込みでこの値段だと割り切りましょう。

The hotel is new, educated staff, there are room facilities such as coffee capsules, cotton, bathroom, nail waste, shampoo and there is a sale on the ground at fair price to take something to the room, but due to the contratempos experienced, I hate to feel misled because I have obtained a product different from the contract.
