The location is close to the station and it's good to go to the city center or the market. However, you need to be careful because the LUZ station around the hotel or the surrounding environment and security are unstable and dangerous.

The only problem was when checking out, as our room cards did not work 15 minutes before check-out time. We had to go up and down the elevator 3 times to unlock them. Nothing worked. Crowded elevators and only one attendant at reception for so many people at check-out. All the staff are very attentive, including those at the bar.

Atendentes atenciosos, estrutura do hotel razoável. Conforto dos colchões péssimos e quarto pequeno.

Estacionamento foi difícil. Embora o pessoal tenha se esforçado, o acerto antecipado ao sair não pode ser uma opção correta. Precisei de um saca rolhas para brindar com a esposa na virada do ano e não foi possível. Graças a insistência do vigia, ele conseguiu empurrar a rolha para dentro da garrafa, mas o brinde veio 0:20min. Copo para vinho também não existe e tivemos de recorrer ao boa vontade do vigia que conseguiu copos de espumante para possibilitar um brinde.
