Hotel has a nice outer look and feel but is in need of an update of the rooms. Overall a good hotel.

If you consider it a four-star hotel, it's quite acceptable! But as a five-star hotel, there are a lot of drawbacks! First, the advantages: Excellent location; an Uber ride is usually within five minutes. Many restaurants are within walking distance with a wide variety of choices! Shopping malls are generally within a ten-minute drive, and there are several top-tier shopping centers nearby! The surrounding area is an affluent neighborhood with good security! The rooftop observation deck offers stunning views 😍 The hotel staff provides good service! The disadvantages: The concierge at the entrance is practically non-existent; they won't help with luggage, probably just watching for thieves! The breakfast is basic, which seems meager for a five-star hotel! The air conditioning in the room is noisy, and the single-pane windows offer poor sound insulation, especially on windy days. If you have sleep problems, think twice before staying here!!! In short, hotels in São Paulo are relatively low on international standards, and the price is relatively high! Please be prepared! São Paulo is also famous for its traffic problems!

Nice hotel with friendly people. Service is good. Unfortunately, our room was not clean, though. That was fixed within an hour. Otherwise, it is not worth 5 stars, but it is okay to stay in.

This is a very good hotel in a great location, very clean and comfortable.
