Sanya Banshan Peninsula Youshan Meidi Pool Bangya Villa

Huge thanks to customer service sister Fangxin for the 24/7 service! We brought the whole family to Sanya for Chinese New Year, and a friend recommended the Banshanbandao Villa! The rooms are spacious enough, but only one room is on the first floor, one on the second, and the rest are in the semi-basement. The pool is great; customer service quickly came to fill it up when asked, thumbs up! As for the rest, it depends on individual needs: if you're used to staying in hotels, you might want to consider your options carefully.

The villa is in a great location, within walking distance of the beach and just over a 10-minute drive from the city center. You can cook your own groceries and enjoy free use of the fully equipped kitchen. I was worried after seeing a negative review, but upon arrival, I found it to be quite nice. It's perfect for families or group events. It's spacious, has billiards and mahjong machines, and a private pool in the yard, closed to the public. We cooked, ate, and drank freely in the villa. The housekeeper was always on call for anything you needed in the room. Overall, it was a great trip. However, if you're looking for the professionally cleaned and maintained environment of a hotel, avoid this B&B villa. There are still some hidden corners, like the terrace where no one goes, and you have to clean the kitchen yourself after cooking. It's a home-like feeling, with a sense of casualness and privacy. It's incomparable to a hotel. Sometimes, it's important to analyze negative reviews with your own eyes. These are my honest experiences from my few days there, along with some tips.

My sisters and I came to Sanya together and saw this villa online. We met the owner and found him very nice and welcoming. He paid great attention to many small details. We had a great time this time and will come again next time!

The host was very kind. We were provided with all the services we needed. Despite speaking a different language, he kept in touch with us. After the typhoon, the host arrived promptly and fixed any damage. The location is excellent, 700 meters from the sea. There's a shop and restaurant on the way. The villa is in a quiet, very green area, in a gated community. The children really enjoyed the pool. It was always clean and circulated all day. The community also has a large 1.5m deep pool. Billiards and mahjong were fun every day. Cleaning every two days, the house is spotless. Towels and linens are changed on request. We are very happy we stayed at this villa! It was a wonderful vacation!! The best host!!!

The apartment is spacious and bright, and can accommodate over a dozen people. The dining room is large enough, and there's a large room on the second floor with two queen beds. There's a master bedroom with a queen bed on the first floor, and three bedrooms, each with a queen bed, are located half a level below ground. I was worried about the dampness and dimness of the basement before arriving, but I was surprised that the downstairs area is also bright and a bit cooler than the rooms on the second floor. There's billiards, mahjong, and a private pool. The landlord maintains the property very well. My family was very satisfied with this trip. Recommended.
