Ok location. But front Service staffs no good. Many things listed in the booking was not told till we ask next day then only advised in unfriendly way.

Front desk - the service was average because staff just seemed very unhappy. The lady that assisted us was very kind, until she did not know something, she asked her colleagues and they were very reluctant to assist her. I felt so sorry for her but she managed to work her way around completing the check-in.
Room - air conditioner was weak. Only had 1 shower gel and 1 shampoo, yet it was a twin bedroom. No slippers when we checked in. The floor was dirty because of the wall concrete coming off.
Not the best place to stay for foreigners that cannot speak mandarin.
Location is perfect for going to the beach and it’s not far away from the airport.

Staff were not friendly. I arrived after 5 pm and was sent to a very dirty room that was still being cleaned and friends were checked into a room where other guests were already staying. Breakfast staff looked so unhappy and the food was not good. Has the potential to be a cute little hotel but, at this time, I would not recommend it.

The hotel is 10 minutes away from the beach on foot. The swimming pool is not deep but quite big. There's a nice view of the beach from some rooms.

The location was great, but be advised that the hotel is right opposite the graveyard, so you get to go through the graveyard to the beach.
Shower cubes are do not close tightly, which makes water run throughout the bathroom when bathing.
Cleaners were not cleaning under the beds. It was always dusty and sandy.
The rooms are not soundproof, so you get to hear all the noise, despite being on one of the top floors.
Breakfast was good, quite a variety, and the hospitality was great.
Surrounded by many restaurants and the hotel has a lot of activities for families including an outdoor movie screen near the pool. n

Nice view and nice rooms. The staff were helpfull and friendly. My ac broke and made a noise in the morning hours, i called front desk and they gave me a different room to sleep in for the night. Nice pool.

This hotel is in the perfect spot and has a beautiful seaview and nice swimming pool! It's close to the beach and restaurants. I loved my room with the balcony. I wanted to give this hotel 5 stars but die cleaning of the room was not up to standard...they didn't change my bedding or towels for the whole week that I was there, they would even fold up the wet towl and put it back in the cupboard. They didn't give me clean coffee cups for the whole week, I had to go buy stuff to wash it myself. Most days they came after 15:00 to clean my room which was dissapointing if you want to take a rest.

The room facilities are old. I had to wait until 14:00 on the first day to upgrade to the 2nd floor room type, so I didn't upgrade. The following pictures are the upgraded ones, and they are not bad after the upgrade.
Facilities: I really don't understand why the luxury room doesn't have a gym. I suggest that they can have a gym, which is also a small feature for the hotel.
Hygiene: The bed sheets are colored and can't be washed clean.
Environment: The environment is so-so, similar to the normal level of 4-diamond old hotels and 3-diamond new hotels.
Service: The service will answer any questions, but it will not be explained in advance. 🤫 It is recommended to change it. There are drinks in the lobby. They don't tell you when you check in, and they don't introduce the location of the restaurant and the swimming pool. They don't tell you the dining address for the next day, what time it starts, etc. In fact, these can really be reminded a little bit.
