So so. The first was old and run down until I need to request for another room. TV not functioning. The breakfast was too simple. I only used my voucher for 2 days out of 5-day stay. Reception area is hot most of the day.

Great location. Big rooms. Perfect service. But I think they need to pay attention for breakfast. So if you are planning to stay there, advice you book room without breakfast.
