Nice friendly staff, clean, the hand towels only were torn , but they quickly changed it. Pros: location, friendly staff, clean, hot shower, fast wifi , daily cleaning Cons: actually none, only maybe the breakfast should be a bit varied, but overall experience is pretty positive. The location is very close to the supermarkets , restaurants, souvenir stalls and of course ,the beach. Attention if you book more than 3 days you can ask for transfer, we asked about car availability and the front desk lady was very accommodating and prepared our smooth ride to the airport. The location is excellent, right on the pedestrian street and very close to the bus station, within a hundred meters. There's also a food festival nearby, making it quite lively, especially for an evening stroll. It's also near the beach; a 5 to 10-minute walk will get you to Sanya Bay. Plus, you can enjoy panoramic city views from the breakfast area on the 18th floor.
