Having stayed in many hotels, Autograph Collection truly stands out! Our butler, Josie, provided exceptional service, even surpassing what I've experienced at other so-called five-star hotels. She was incredibly responsive to every request. She thought of every detail for guests and arranged all the complimentary hotel services. She even added me on WeChat the day before check-in and started providing service before we even arrived – can you imagine that? That's really fantastic. She took care of all our in-room needs, like where to order food, places to visit, finding size 45 slippers, small gifts, coconut water, and everything else. This stay was incredibly pleasant and satisfying. I hope Josie sees this review; thank you!

So glad we chose Autograph for our last stop! It was so relaxing just to stay at the hotel. Our last day brought a fun new experience, and the Autograph's happy hour was fantastic. Breakfast until 1 PM was a huge plus, and the hotel staff provided excellent service, especially Xiao Shengnai 🥜 who was so enthusiastic. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel's two pools are incredibly photogenic. We tried both, and the infinity pool offers amazing views and was never crowded since it's only for guests. You could easily spend all day relaxing on a sun lounger. There's also a great selection of food delivery options nearby, so anything you need is just an order away. Spinach (Bocai) provided excellent, prompt service and even recommended some local eateries. I really regret not staying a few more days! Highly recommend!!!

My high-floor room offered fantastic sea views right from the moment I opened the door, and on clear days, you could see the beautiful 'glass sea'. The hotel's location in Dadonghai is super convenient for getting around. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay.

The hotel contacted us a day in advance, and their service response was very prompt. They arranged a high-floor room with a great sea view. The room also came with a large bathtub, perfect for taking photos. The public areas of the two hotels are shared, and there's a Casa restaurant and bar on the first floor that features live performances. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely be back.

I always saw photos of this hotel in Sanya, and I finally got to visit! The real place is even better than the pictures online 🌊. The hotel's public areas aren't huge, but they're very refined, with two swimming pools, and the infinity pool has a fantastic vibe. Breakfast is abundant, and the fresh squeezed juice is a big plus. The pool bar downstairs has an incredible atmosphere at night, and the evening performances are excellent. With the windows closed, the music from downstairs didn't bother us at all; in fact, it added to the great atmosphere. The recliners on the balcony get full marks for comfort. I especially loved the small, shallow beach in front of the hotel; at low tide, it's like a natural swimming pool with clear, beautiful water. Before coming, I read reviews saying the hotel was more for younger people, but my 70-year-old mother, who came with me this time, also really enjoyed it. Plus, our butler, Greta, was thoughtful and attentive, making our stay a perfect experience!

This is my second stay here, and I can't say enough about the hotel's location and views. I really think it's the best value for money in Dadonghai. Last time, breakfast was until 11 AM, but this time it was extended to 1 PM, which for us late risers, means we basically had lunch! They also sent a cake and two desserts for my child's birthday, which was a lovely surprise. The butler service was also excellent!

It was beyond expectation. Facility was new and neat. I especially loved the swimming pool and the view from the room. They helped upgraded my room as it was my birthday. Every staff was very kind and thoughtful. I lost my phone running towards the hotel while rain was pouring. One of the staffs helped me to walk around all the way and found it. The mattress and pillows were too soft, leaving me with a sore back and neck. The cleanliness was just average; the outlet cover on the balcony was covered in dust. With the typhoon, the humidity was high, and water vapor came in every time the balcony door was opened. However, the two swimming pools were great, and the service was excellent. The restaurant's ambiance was also very comfortable.

The hotel is surrounded by plenty of amenities. The room was spacious and the bedding was comfortable. Edison provided excellent service during check-in, giving a detailed introduction and even recommending nearby places to eat, drink, and explore. The hotel is located right in the city, so renting an electric scooter makes it super convenient to visit all the photo-op spots. In the evening, you can catch the sunset and browse the night market at First Market for food. It's super suitable for young people, and I've already recommended it to my friends.

I booked this hotel because I heard Jay Chou stayed here before. At first, I was a little worried it might not be great, but it turns out Autograph Collection is really good! 👍🏻 Our butler, Anna, was a lovely lady and super responsive to all our requests. She replied instantly, and even contacted me the day before check-in. The breakfast was also excellent, very generous with both Chinese and Western options. We stayed for two days during a typhoon, and even being stuck in the hotel wasn't boring. The pool was very clean, though it was closed one day because of the typhoon, but reopened once it passed. On check-in day, we were informed about the typhoon and they had already moved the balcony chairs inside, which was very thoughtful. After checking in, I noticed they had already taken some small typhoon-prevention measures on the balcony! We even received a souvenir when we checked out. I can only say Autograph Collection is fantastic, and I'll definitely stay here again next time! 👍🏻

Overall, my stay was quite pleasant. The hotel environment was great, the room had an excellent sea view, and the facilities were complete. The staff were very attentive and even delivered takeout directly to the room. I'd definitely consider staying here again. Even though we encountered a typhoon, the service was exceptionally good!
