The room has everything you need ( simple but in working condition).
Good location. Around 7-10 minutes walk to the sea. Many local restaurants around the hotel.
Stuff is very friendly and helpful.

There is a huge difference between the online pictures and the actual accommodation. It is very rubbish and smelly. It usually costs 60 yuan. I didn't sleep all night. The sponge inside the pillow was yellow, the quilt was very damp, and the towels were not from my hotel, but were discarded from other hotels, and they had holes in them. Everywhere is smelly and dirty. If you talk nonsense, you are a dog.
