I had a wonderful stay at Central Coast Sea View Hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional customer service—every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my experience enjoyable, especially the front desk personnel who checked me in, and Joe, the butler. The pool area was fantastic—well-kept with plenty of seating and beautiful views. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a variety of fresh and delicious traditional Chinese and Western options. Overall, Central Coast Sea View Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would happily stay here again!

The room was pleasant and generally quiet, but unfortunately, there was a persistent unpleasant smell emanating from the bathroom, making it challenging to fully relax or rest. Quality sleep is essential when staying in a hotel, and this was somewhat compromised by the odor issue. We encountered language barriers with the staff, necessitating the use of a translator. Regrettably, our interactions with one particular staff member were characterized by impatience, leading to difficulties in fulfilling our requests. On a positive note, the highlight of the room was the bathtub on the balcony and the stunning view it offered. However, the persistent smell remained a notable drawback throughout our stay. While the restaurant provided a selection of beverages, we experienced some limitations in our choices without a clear explanation. Despite the peaceful ambiance, the unresolved smell issue raises concerns about a potential return visit. Overall, I may hesitate to book at this hotel again due to the unresolved odor problem.

Have our two night stay at this hotel. Room was clean & spacious with great sea views . Definitely worth the stay for the price that we paid for.

Hotel was amazing with a great sea view out of the balcony. Bathtub on the balcony was a great touch too! Hotel staff 小陈 was assigned to help me with my stay and he was extremely helpful in recommending places to go, food places and even letting me add his number for my ** to work 😅. Would really recommend this hotel.

Gorgeous and affordable room! I think it was overbooked or something when we came so they had to offer us a different room. We booked a sea facing room that faces inwards with a balcony but got a sea facing room that faces outwards to the construction site but there’s a bathtub. Well, you win some you lose some. 🤷🏻♀️ Either way, everything was very clean and well maintained. Excellent service, very helpful and friendly staff. Helped us with all our requests and went the extra mile to help us order takeaway delivery as we did not have a china phone number. Our room attendant was Jason who is very attentive, replying to our messages even when he is on leave.

Bathtub on the balcony is a highlight ! Really nice rooms including washing machine - great hotel and great value for money.

Lovely long weekend away for Christmas. The weather wasn’t warm until the last day so we couldn’t really make use of the hot tub outside. Friendly and accommodating staff. There’s a little pearl shop close by that sells pearls at cost price. Much better quality and prices than the surrounding areas.
