Central Coast Sea View Hotel Reviews

The large sea view from the room was nice, but the in-room facilities felt a bit outdated. There was nowhere to hang towels, and the tissue box only had a few crumpled tissues left, clearly remnants from a previous guest. The most frustrating part was trying to find the kids' club. I asked the front desk several times, and they just kept saying 'turn left outside, it's in the building next door,' without mentioning it was in a different hotel. We walked back and forth multiple times under the scorching sun and couldn't find it. When we asked another staff member, they said this hotel doesn't even have a kids' club! I saw reviews online of other guests using the infinity pool, but the front desk also failed to mention it was at the Belmont Hotel, so we just assumed it wasn't open. The front desk was also vague about the breakfast restaurant's location, just saying 'in the building next door.' Every time we went to that 'next door building,' we had to walk a long way under the blazing sun. Whether it's a kids' club or a water park, why can't they clearly state it's in a different hotel? Even if it's 'next door,' it should still be part of *their* hotel. Who would guess it's a completely different property without clear information? Our butler added us on WeChat after we had been running around all day and went out in the evening, but we didn't see it until the next day at check-out when they reminded us to add them. What's the point then? How can I possibly leave a good review with an experience like that? Objectively, the facilities at the partner hotels are quite good, making the overall value for money reasonable. But shouldn't the subjective service keep up? It's just a matter of saying a few more words, yet they made everything so complicated every time.

Both rooms we stayed in were pretty good. This hotel offers great value for money and is perfect for a layover before heading to the airport. It's a nice hotel, and the kids had a blast, especially with the large play area.

We originally booked for one night, but we were so satisfied that we decided to extend our stay for another day on the spot. The staff were 10/10 attentive and responsive, quickly resolving any needs we had. The overall atmosphere was cozy and perfect for couples. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose this place again when I visit Sanya. I truly recommend it to couples looking for a beach getaway.

The room was incredibly spacious, and the service was excellent. Any issues we had were promptly addressed by the staff. The hotel offers a beautiful sea view, so even if you don't go to the beach, there's plenty to keep kids entertained at the hotel. Plus, it's very conveniently located close to the night market.

Although only half of the sea view was visible, everything else was very comfortable. Also, I booked this hotel for my parents, and the hallway was a bit noisy late at night with no staff to stop it. This is something that needs attention.

The Hotel must have taken some serious investment to build! It’s spacious and pretty well furnished/ designed. The rooms certainly look like the pictures, and the view from my room was incredible. The reception staff and *some* of the staff were genuinely lovely and really helpful. Reception staff are among the nicest I’ve had in my 12+ hotel stays in China. However there were a lot of problems… I paid for a room with a kitchen to be greeted by a sign that states it costs £15 (150yuan) for it to be turned on….. absolutely appalling, and probably the worst individual moment/ experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. The air conditioning in the kitchen was bubbling and leaking, not only is this disgusting considering it’s where we ate breakfast, but it is genuinely dangerous as it’s a common cause of legionnaires disease, it was unacceptable. The hair dryer was probably the worst I’ve ever used… sitting on the balcony literally dried my hair faster. The shower in the master bedroom area has drainage issues and would leak and seep into the bathroom and a little into the bedroom. The couch has a big stain on it which gave a very poor impression. The pool was generally okay in terms of cleanliness, but not spotless. The “ultimate mini bar” was 4 child sized cans of soft drinks… a bonus is always nice! And I appreciate the mini bar, but the hyperbole is a little funny. Some people have also mentioned ongoing construction work here. It is both behind the hotel building (where the main reception is) and below the hotels rooms (the restaurants in the building) it is not too loud but it is constant throughout the day. Not a nice addition to the atmosphere but not intolerable. Try not to worry about this too much unless you are prone to noise or want to spend all day, everyday in the hotel (and why would you with Sanya just outside?).

Max was always available for any big or small requests, offering detailed service without being intrusive, which made our vacation so much more relaxing. The Tiancheng Central Seaview Hotel is located in the heart of Sanya Bay. It's just a few minutes' walk to the No. 1 Market Night Market, and the coastline is right downstairs. Our room on an upper floor offered a 180-degree view of Phoenix Island through its floor-to-ceiling windows. We could lie in bed and watch the sunset over the sea – the atmosphere was absolutely perfect. The room amenities were very practical. It had a washing machine and a refrigerator, which made it convenient for cleaning clothes during our trip. The bathtub faced the sea, making for a super therapeutic experience while soaking and enjoying the ocean view. The soundproofing was also good, ensuring a very peaceful rest. The hotel also features an infinity pool and a rooftop seaview bar, perfect for relaxing with a sea breeze. The public areas were clean and tidy, and every photo we took looked amazing. This comfortable stay in Sanya was all thanks to Max's thoughtful service. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip to Sanya and highly recommend it to anyone planning a vacation there!

Overall, the experience was fantastic. **Facilities:** The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, with a swimming pool, spa, and everything else you could need, including a kids' club. One thoughtful aspect of the hotel is how clearly it separates families with children from those without. Building A primarily hosts families with kids, while Building C typically has very few children. **Cleanliness:** Clean and tidy. **Environment:** Incredible sea view room, and the view from the higher floors is even more enjoyable.

The hotel is great, 11 is awesome! Its central location makes getting around easy, and it faces the sea. Junjie, the concierge, was very good.

It was decent, I guess. The main plus was its proximity to good food. You could tell the facilities were a bit old. For a sea-view room, the view wasn't great at all; there was a construction site right below, and you could only see a tiny corner of the sea. As for service, someone helping with the luggage was a nice touch.
