The room is spacious, perfect for a family trip. Right across the street are a night market and a seafood market. You can buy ingredients and cook your own meals, which is fantastic. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's very good, and we enjoyed it every day. The sea view is a bit distant, mostly overlooking the Coconut Dream Corridor area, about a five-minute bike ride away.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The hotel's facilities could use some improvement. The combined bathroom and shower is acceptable, but there's no extractor fan. While there wasn't any noticeable odor, an extractor fan would certainly be better. There are some small local eateries near the hotel, but none of the highly-rated restaurants you'd find on apps like Dianping. If you're a local and don't rely on review apps, it's fine, but as tourists, we were a bit lost on where to eat. The 'Fresh Mango Night Market' is right downstairs, which was very convenient for buying fruit. The hotel is next to a Hilton, and the residential compound downstairs has great greenery and is very clean. Outside the compound, both sides of the street have many small shops, giving it a residential feel, which would be perfect for long-term stays. I have to specifically mention the service, especially in the restaurant – I absolutely loved it! Super satisfied! If you're unsure what to eat, just go to the restaurant. It's delicious, clean, has a great atmosphere, and the service is excellent. It's that warm, friendly kind of service. Five-star hotels often feel very professional, but their service made me feel really welcome and comfortable. The restaurant's decor is also very thoughtful 👍 There's a pool, a ping-pong table, a gym, and more, though we didn't use them. The facilities are actually quite comprehensive. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance!

It's hard to give a definitive review. The sea view is quite nice, but the hotel management, and things like that, are a bit lacking. Everything else is just average, I suppose. Maybe my expectations were just too high.

The hotel is great, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again. My only gripe is the relatively high price. I originally booked a room for 500 a night and paid an extra 100 to upgrade to a sea view. Later that evening, I saw on Trip.com that a sea view room was only about 30 extra, which was a bit disappointing.

The location is quite convenient. The room facilities are complete, and there's a gym with a decent range of equipment. Breakfast is average. However, it's puzzling that the coffee capsules in the room are charged for.

Overall, the experience was pretty good! The hotel's location is excellent, right across from a seafood street food area. It's just a 5-minute walk downstairs to find anything you could possibly want to eat, with great prices and a wide variety of options!
