房間設計不錯，廚房冰箱洗衣機都有，趕海的話可以自己拿海鮮來煮（可惜行程趕沒時間趕海），很方便，採光好，陽台海景無敵，很不錯的一次入住體驗，有機會來三亞的話還選擇這家，物超所值。

房間很好很乾凈.之前就在這裏的住的.這次給父母定的也在這裏.房東姐姐很好.有什麼好吃的好玩的小姐姐也會推薦.很熱心.服務很到位.還有接送機的服務.周圍出行很方便.出門就是海邊.下次還來這裏住.

酒店設施齊全，最滿意的是還有洗衣機，省去了洗衣服的煩惱。酒店還有接送機服務，服務非常好。且位置很便利，向東或向西遊玩都很方便。還有電單車租賃服務，50元一天，比打的划算多了，建議不趕時間的自己開着慢慢玩。周邊吃喝玩樂的都很齊全，性價比高。

靠近海岸，小區環境好，有泳池，距離海岸特別近，過一個斑馬線就到海岸，出去玩非常方便，如果想去西島船，距離港口打車也很便宜，衹有幾分鐘的距離，來回來回省了很多車費

這是一家酒店式住家公寓。在三亞灣北部，臨近鳳凰機場，為了第二天趕飛機，住在這邊，都是海景住宅，別墅區，以及度假酒店，旁邊就是三亞灣沙灘，可以游泳，住在高點的房間可以望到大海，椰樹，生活配套齊全，旁邊有一個商業體，交通便利。值得推薦

我們去年去了一趟，今年還選擇在他家住，覺得住習慣了，人也都挺好的，畢竟出門在外有這麼一個靠譜的老闆照顧着挺安心的，我們晚上睡得有點涼老闆立馬讓服務員給送了一床被子，帶着小孩，他們有一些挖沙子的玩具我們也沒買，直接用的，老闆説你們有什麼需求能滿足的一定滿足，就覺得心裏挺舒服的，三亞，再見咯

給父母訂的，回來聽父母説商家挺負責，晚上1點多落地的，酒店直接去接的長者，晚上在那邊長者沒吃飯，還幫助長者訂外賣，給介紹附近的遊玩位置，避坑，挺放心的，有機會還去，父母給發了好多照片，我和孩子我們都想去玩了

小區裏面的環境很好，樓下還有游泳池哦水很乾凈，房間也很乾凈整潔，帶一個漏天小陽台晚上坐在那裡整瓶小啤酒看着對面的大海簡直不要太舒服。店裡的小姐姐也很熱情，還有很美麗的老闆娘也很暖心，我們租的電動車子讓城管拖走了都在幫我們一起解決很貼心，瞬間感覺安心很多，這幾天還讓我們免費騎。 真的很贊，下次再來直接就直奔這裏！！！

我們來三亞度假選擇了金的精品酒店，整體來説還不錯，周邊好吃的好玩的都很近，離海邊步行衹有五分鐘，景點都離很近，小區也很安全，游泳池也很乾凈，大家可以放心入住。
