This was my second stay here. My first visit was right after they opened and I was quite impressed. This time was still good; the hygiene was excellent. The staff were a bit indifferent, which was a shame, and unfortunately, I didn't get to use the pool upstairs this time, which is a slight regret.

Service: The front desk staff (LL) was fantastic! Always friendly and smiling, and very patient in answering all my questions. Ambiance: Great location in the city center with a wonderful city view. Cleanliness: Pretty clean.

Environment: Great, convenient. Service: Excellent, warm, and thoughtful. Breakfast: Wide variety, consistent quality, and nutritious. CDF Sanya International Duty-Free City shuttle bus: Very good. Had a fantastic stay, truly impressed by this great value-for-money hotel. Its location on Yingbin Road makes it super convenient for getting to the train station by taxi, and the airport isn't far either. Plus, there are excellent shopping malls and duty-free shops nearby – a big bonus! The duty manager, H, and the front desk staff were very responsible and helpful. I loved the lovely scent of the hotel's toiletries. Also, the breakfast spread was amazing and delicious. Lastly, I highly recommend checking out the hotel's beautiful pool.

After a few days in Sanya, I booked this hotel for the night before my flight, mainly because it's just a short drive from the airport down a side road. The hotel is very well-managed; the rooms are spacious, and thanks to the high ceilings, the views are excellent, including sea views. All the facilities in the room are quite new, and the shower gel and shampoo have a lovely citrus scent. Furthermore, the hotel's service response is incredibly fast; anything I requested from the front desk was quickly arranged and dealt with. It was excellent.

The hotel lobby is really comfortable with perfect service. The air conditioning is nice and cool, and you can order delicious juices, coffee, and even Kung Fu tea at the lobby bar. The front desk staff are very efficient, and the "hehe" team is fantastic! The Western restaurant is right next to the front desk. Breakfast offers a great variety, including tasty 'goodnight noodles' (wan an fen) and toast. In the evening, there's a sunset ceremony at 6 PM with foreign singers, which is amazing, and even polar bear interactions! The whole lobby is full of fun. It's excellent and offers great value for money.

This is a business hotel in the city center, offering superb views, convenient transportation, and great value for money. It's perfect for business travelers or a quick stopover, but not ideal for a leisure vacation or lounging on the beach. The facilities are old, the room had a musty smell, and there's no self-service laundry. During check-in, a band next to the lobby front desk was incredibly loud – to the point where it was impossible to check in or even stand there. I'm not sure what the hotel management was thinking. I'd advise caution when going to the lobby between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

I really love this Hyatt-affiliated brand! Even though it opened in 2018, it shows absolutely no signs of age; it's incredibly well-maintained. The hotel lobby is on a high floor, offering city views, and from the bar, you can even see the ocean views of Sanya Bay – the vista is truly expansive. In the evenings, the bar features Filipino singers, creating a fantastic atmosphere. The craft beers and snacks at the bar are excellent value for money, making it a perfect spot to relax with colleagues or a few friends. The hotel also offers a delicious and very diverse buffet dinner in the evenings. Breakfast is great too. The rooms at this Hyatt Centric are very well-kept, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable, especially the pillows which feel like clouds. The hotel's service is also very efficient; Manager Harrison and his team are all very responsible and highly effective. The price is also reasonable.
