Tiancheng Belmont Hotel Sanya

I'm currently enjoying my stay at the Sanya Bellmont Seaview Hotel. The room's facilities and equipment are quite new, which is to be expected from a newly opened hotel. The overall room decor matches the lobby, mainly featuring a stylish pink, black, and white color scheme. I added the butler, Felix, on WeChat, and I have to give him a special shout-out. He was incredibly responsive to all my requests during my stay. I asked him many questions about the hotel, and his answers and suggestions were consistently professional. Every day, he diligently asked if I needed my room cleaned and was always quick to offer help whenever I needed it. He resolved issues for me with impressive speed.

My stay at the Sanya Tiancheng Bellmonte Seaview Hotel really exceeded my expectations. As soon as I got out of the car, I went to the front desk to check in, and our butler, Felix, was there to assist me. He even helped me take my luggage to my room and resolved several issues for me during my stay. The overall room layout and the new hotel decor were perfectly to my liking. This hotel will definitely be on my itinerary the next time I visit Sanya.

The butler service was excellent throughout our stay, and the environment was really nice. The hotel's location is great, we could see the sea right from our balcony. All the facilities were comprehensive and well-equipped. We were very satisfied!

First off, my apologies, but less than half an hour after checking in, the hotel called to ask about my experience. I told them it wasn't appropriate to ask so soon after arrival. In response, the hotel offered to send up some fruit. The lobby was full of people live-streaming promotions, making me feel completely lacking in privacy when walking through. The breakfast ingredients hinted at a 'sense of frugality,' though thankfully I could still faintly taste milk, sesame, and soy milk, even if the flavors were so diluted they were almost fishy. Located on the left side of Phoenix Island, the so-called 'sea view' only shows a partial glimpse of the ocean, and there's no beach. The bathroom drain had a terrible smell. The kids' play area is indeed quite large, but external visitors can also purchase a group deal for 164 yuan to enter. Compared to other well-known five-star hotels, it's better to spend less money on a different hotel and then buy a separate ticket for a kids' park.

The super-large balcony offers stunning sunset views and beautiful nightscapes. The soundproofing is excellent; you can barely hear the construction noise from next door. The hotel is very close to the First Market, so you can buy seafood yourself and have it cooked at a restaurant.

My entire stay was exceptionally satisfying. The check-in staff noticed my special request and upgraded my room for free. The sea view from the room was splendid, and they thoughtfully provided complimentary welcome fruit. The butler also proactively inquired about my stay, asking if there was anything I was dissatisfied with. If most hotels offer standardized service, what this hotel provides is a heartwarming experience akin to home. Their meticulousness and sincerity transform the phrase 'feeling at home' from a mere slogan into something tangible and palpable. It clearly showed me that a culture of putting the customer first is no longer just a set of rules, but an intrinsic instinct flowing in everyone's veins. Excellence is the quiet craftsmanship of the management. When customer service asked me if there was anything else they could do better, in that moment, I understood that the outstanding service here was no accident, but stemmed from the management's relentless pursuit of perfection and humble demeanor. This kind of hotel offers much more than just a good night's sleep; it's an immersive experience of kindness, respect, and professionalism. It made me believe that, even in this era, there are still businesses that prioritize people over profit, operating with genuine warmth. I wholeheartedly commend them and unreservedly recommend this hotel to all travelers. If you're seeking a haven where your soul can truly relax, come here – you absolutely won't be disappointed!
