JI Hotel (Sanya Bay No. 1)

This is a newly opened hotel, very clean and beautiful. It's super close to the beach, just a 5-10 minute walk. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby for your convenience. Cleanliness: The room was spotless.

Extremely clean, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here when you visit!

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. Shopping and dining options are also conveniently located nearby. They have a ground-level parking lot, which is great for road trippers. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the laundry room makes it easy to wash and dry clothes. The breakfast spread is extensive and caters to different tastes.

The room was new, and the quality, as always with Hanting, was excellent. The front desk staff, both the young man and the young woman, provided fantastic service. There are malls and snacks nearby, which is very convenient, and it's also very close to the beach. I'll definitely choose Hanting again next time I visit!

When I was checking in, I asked the front desk if I could avoid a room at the end of the hall or by the elevator. They told me that the deluxe king room I booked was only available in those locations. I said, 'Okay, even a room by the elevator is fine, as long as it's a normal room type.' But when I got into the room, the air conditioning wouldn't turn on. After a lot of effort, we finally got it going, only for it to display 'AC filter clogged'? We went to the front desk to ask what was going on, and they gave me a long explanation about how after the AC runs for a certain number of hours, it displays 'clogged filter' and needs an engineer to change it, and there's nothing they can do about it. So? If the AC has run enough hours to show a clogged filter, why isn't it cleaned? Are they still expecting us to stay in it? It's not a major issue, but after specifically asking the front desk for a normal room type, encountering something like this still really sours the mood. Service: Poor

Very satisfied. It's a new hotel, everything is new, the bedding is great, and there's no unpleasant smell. Highly recommended.

Absolutely terrible! Booked it for 1300 a night during Chinese New Year, and it was exceptionally bad. 1. Soundproofing: Horrendous. While lying in bed, I could hear every thud from the next room, and it felt like the ceiling and the wall behind the headboard were vibrating. I was woken up early in the morning by the sound of neighbors dragging chairs. The room has zero soundproofing; it's like there are no walls. 2. As soon as I entered the room, there was a strange chemical smell. If you're sensitive to odors, do NOT book this place. 3. The room is incredibly small, about half the size of an Atour Hotel room. 4. The hotel is right next to a main road, making it extremely noisy. I went to bed at 2 AM, so angry that I was woken up at 8 AM by the noise, just to write this bad review for you. This Ji Hotel is a total joke. Everyone, do NOT book here!!!!!!!!!

The room was very clean, with a slight smell of fresh renovation. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options, very hygienic, and tasted fantastic. It's also not far from the beach. Overall, it's a great choice.
