SG hostel/hotel

We had a wonderful stay with very friendly staff. The overall experience was positive and we truly enjoyed our time there. However, the cleanliness could have been better. Upon arrival, my bed was still dirty with the previous guest's belongings and the showers and toilets weren't cleaned thoroughly. This was a bit disappointing and I would have preferred to know this beforehand. Despite this, we still had an amazing time and would definitely recommend the place.

I had a really lovely stay at SG Hotel in Sanya. What made this place special wasn’t just the location or the facilities, but the people. Everyone was incredibly open and friendly, it genuinely felt like staying with a big family rather than at a hotel. We often had dinner together, shared conversations, played card games, and spent time around the billiards table. There was always someone to talk to, but it never felt forced, just relaxed and welcoming. The swimming pool was another highlight. Swimming there, especially in the evening, was peaceful and fun, and it naturally became a place where people gathered and connected. And I have to mention the dogs; they were so cute and added such a warm, homely feeling to the place. They honestly made the stay even more memorable. If you’re looking for a place where you can meet people, feel comfortable, and enjoy a friendly, community-like atmosphere while traveling in Sanya, SG Hotel is a great choice. I left with good memories and a very warm impression.
