Nanshan Scenic Area VIP Pass for 3 people: This includes admission tickets and an on-call electric cart that takes you directly to the foot of the Guanyin statue. It's perfect for family trips and helps you avoid the crowds. Qiong Nan Welcome Fruit: We arrived in the middle of the night and still received thoughtful fruit prepared by the hotel.

Stayed 2 nights at Tree House Nanshan Sanya, located within the Nanshan Cultural Tourism Zone. Transport within the zone was very convenient, with electric vehicles available to take us to various attractions. Plus free airport transfer if booked 2 nights and above. The room was acceptable, and the staff were all polite and friendly. The only downside was the complimentary travel photo service by a "professional" photographer. Unfortunately, all three photos we received were poorly done and not usable. We shared our feedback with the staff, who mentioned that the photographer is an external partner, but they would report it to their supervisor.

An amazing place, but its not for foreigners. Youre essentially provided no reasonable way to contact the hotel in advance which you need to do due to the location of nanshan. I had to go through a chain of wechat contacts until i eventually got the front desk. At all times we found the front desk to be mostly unhelpful, not due to their own fault really, its just the language barrier really was quite alot and the staff did not seem experienced in how to overcome it placing that load on the guest which honestly was quite exhausting. If youre a good traveller, you can make it work, but it wont be relaxing. The location is also quite remote, and the scenic park only has so much u can do, a days worth of activities at most. The rooms are amazing but.

Facilities: Newly opened hotel, the rooms are spacious, bright, clean and tidy. Hygiene: Very clean, the room is cleaned quickly.
