The room was clean and quiet, and when we requested extra water and other items from the front desk, they were delivered very quickly. The butler's responses were also very prompt. The hotel's public areas are beautiful, with several pools, some of which are interconnected. It's great for photos when the weather is good, though it can be a bit chilly in winter. Both the Hainanese dishes at Feng Yuan Yu Ya restaurant and the steamed seafood at Long Wan Yi Hao restaurant within the hotel are delicious and worth multiple visits. The coconuts from the fruit shop are also very refreshing. Overall, the Hilton experience was quite good, and I would consider returning for another vacation.
