We are so happy with had the opportunity to meet our Hostess Arestides he was above and beyond exceptional. He was helpful and he was able to get our transportation to the airport the correct time. Also, any restaurant reservation he was able to take care that for us and suggested great restaurant by the area by calling the restaurant I making sure we get a table with a nice view. He was very nice explaining everything to us when we arrive to the hotel and show us all the highlights of the island the best beaches and places to go. We felt safe and happy everything we will go to the front desk, and he was there to assist us. I can't thank you enough for all you time and hospitality. we are so happy we stayed there. The staff were so friendly, the rooms were immaculate. It was so peaceful and safe. I loved our pool right outside of our room 101, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is not too far from the center to Fira by walk about 7 minutes. Thank you again Arestides and the entire Staff.

We stayed at Nissos for a week as a group of 13 (+ baby) for a friends wedding and the hotel was perfect for us! The staff were all absolutely lovely, so relaxed and incredibly accommodating. The location is smack bang in the middle of Thira as well as being minutes from the bus station to explore the rest of the island. Couldn’t recommend staying here more- definitely request the room with the mega terrace overlooking the pool- iconic. Thanks again to all the staff you made our week wonderful!

PERSISTENT SCAMMER HOTEL 15 DAYS IN HELL - LEGAL SOLUTION at the end of the text The pictures displayed are utterly misleading. They images published are from another luxury hotel that they also own Here s their process 1)The owner will cancel your reservation a few hours before your arrival (so you are not able to easily leave them a review - I had to harass booking to let me publish this review, with proof of pictures...) 2)Nobody receives you (there is no reception) you have to call the reception in the luxury hotel 500m away 3) The cleaning lady (very nice by the way) is your only interlocutor during all your stay 4) The rooms are absolutely not like the image they display. it is a 6sq metre room, no air vent, no sunlight getting in during the all day. The swimming pool...well there is none (albeit it is the first picture published on their business page) 5)Wifi is not working everytime there is strong wind or slight rain (80% of the day) 6)The lack of airvent in the room entails a strong humidity, part of the concrete roof fell on me, had to buy disinfectant myself 7) and best of all, when you dare to complain to the manager, she will explain to you that it is YOUR FAULT that you did not anticipate the roof to collapse and therefore asked to change room earlier. We obviously left the hotel after a few days, no refund of course from the hotel, they reject all responsibility. If you are reading this and are also desperately in the same situation here's what we have done. If you are European, you are entitled to sue them (for free in most countries or very cheap in other) through the ”EUROPEAN SMALL CLAIMS PROCEDURE” it is a very accessible procedure, we filled up a form in 15min and you can ask a refund and up to 5000euros compensations. In our case we are sueing for False advertising, misleading information + negligence causing harm to third parties. remember to take picture and proofs

Very good, Ctrip was scheduled, and finally we paid cash on the spot. Good location, no breakfast. It is very close to the town and Chinese restaurant. The environment in the small courtyard is very good, and the pick-up is 20 euros. Call to book in advance. The airport bus is 1.8 euros.

Very well located in Fira. We had a room for 3 with single beds and it was just perfect; comfortable, clean. Minifridge, tea/coffee facilities available in the room. Tea, coffee also available in the lounge. Nektaros and all the team are so courteous and helpful. Reception open 24 hrs and they are always eager to assist with any query you might have. They also arrange for tours and tickets as well as airport/harbour transfer at an extra cost. 100% recommend Antonia for your holiday in Santorini.

Cheap, very good location (just near to the Fira Bus Station), friendly staff. I could leave my luggage before check in time, even after checking out! I spent a night here, met some nice travelers, unfortunately they played music loudly until almost midnight. But it's okay as they stopped right at midnight so I could sleep well eventually. Overall, the hostel was good, although the room was kinda old (also the air cond, but it worked well). For me, it was just worth the price.

I only stayed a night in Central but would be happy to stay a couple more days! It's location is truly central (turn left immediately after passing the Pelican Hotel) so you literally have central Fira at your doorsteps. Having splurged on higher end accommodations in Imerovigli and Oia, I opted for the Standard Double Room at Central since I would only be staying a night. While not huge, the room is reasonably well-appointed and I must say rather cosy! I do have to agree with one of the reviews below about noises from other guests at the corridor such as when they're loud or slam the doors. Perhaps the hotel can remind guests or put up signs about this. I don't usually opt for breakfast at the hotel since F&B options are aplenty so might as well get out and eat what you feel like that day. Overall, I had a great stay at Central Fira Hotel and would be happy to return and recommend it for a basic stay.. Special shoutout to the staff at the reception for going out of his way to help with my heavy suitcase! 🫶

Very good, the environment is beautiful, the sister and brother at the front desk are super awesome, and they upgraded the room. The location is excellent, the hotel lobby is the photo spot of the Blue Dome Church. It is also very close to the town center. The key is that the hotel service is excellent. Great value for money.

One of the best hostels I have ever visited! Spotless clean, common spaces are wonderful (loved the rooftop!), rooms are large and comfortable, bathrooms always clean! The manager is so kind and helpful, she really helped me in getting the best out of Santorini! Highly recommended!

This absolutely amazing hotel is located in the heart of Fira Has 11 rooms from a cosy room to the king suite The Rooms are quaint and spacious with all that you need even a expresso machine Housekeeping Anna-Maria is amazing she look after us so well Breakfast you pre order day before from a simple menu that covers everything quote the time you want it and they have it ready, they will call you 10mins before and ask if you want this in the room or by the pool Reception staff so helpful Regina during the day shift can help you with anything Nikos the night shift Location is so good your 5 mins walks from the centre and all the places to eat The cliff side is 5mins walk too Bus station is 10mins walk Also the pick up points for tours is just near the bus station The pool is heated and has four large pool side beds so you can really relax Santorini is amazing and if you want to see it and be well looked after then this I the place Local buses are coaches and €2 max per person They run all day but in evening make sure you know return times as taxi can be costly So many places to eat you can go traditional with amazing views or street food both are very good Everything was fresh and tasted really good Lots desert places so be prepared to put a few pounds if you have a sweet tooth Sunset in Oia is breathtaking but thats it after that is just bars and restaurants overprice is my view The walk to ferostine is 15mins and really nice, stop off have a coffee or cocktail over looking the ocean Open air Cinema in Kamari is a must setting is great, has a cocktail bar with snacks , we missed the last bus back to fira so took a taxi Bus times change and you should ask reception or bus staff on the bus cor more info they do have a online time table Places to eat Yogi’s in fira gyros and falafel Falafel land fira Momo India Thai fira Figo’s fresh pasta Cosi pizza in Kamari Scala in Oia was nice too Try the frozen yogurts they are everywhere along with ice creams parlours Have fun and enjoy
