The hotel staff welcomed us very warmly and helped us carry our luggage to the room. There is a large massage pool in the room and the staff will clean it every day. The view is sunny and has a sea view.

The staff is very friendly I like that it’s close to the bus stop! It is located at the starting point of the photo spot, right next to the downtown area. The sea and village scenery outside the balcony is so pretty. The facilities are clean and well maintained.

Take the shuttle bus from Santorini Airport and it's a short walk from the Thira bus terminal. Access is fine. The only downside was the lack of variety for breakfast. The supermarket near the hotel didn't have a good selection of products, so it would have been even better if I could enjoy the breakfast at the hotel. Hair dryers, bathrobes, hand towels, etc. were provided, but I wanted a place where I could sit calmly without a sofa or table in the room. When it rains, the room tends to get damp. It is a short walk from the bus terminal in Thira, the last stop on the shuttle bus from Santorini airport. Access is not a problem. What was disappointing was the lack of variety in the breakfast. It would have been even better if we could have enjoyed breakfast at the hotel, as the selection at the supermarket near the hotel was not good. There was a hair dryer, bathrobe, and hand towels, but there was no sofa or table in the room, and I would have liked a place to sit down and relax. When it rains, the room tends to be humid.

The service of the hotel is very good. I went to store my luggage at 12:00 noon. The counter gave me the tidied room directly, but the disinfectant in the room smelled very strong, and the toilet paper was wet

Excellent location. Not too close to busy streets. Close to a grocery store. Walking distance to the famous sunset view in Fira. Close to the bus station, restaurants, etc. The rooms are less desirable and can use some updating. Odd smell in the rooms. Staff was nice.

I'm glad we decided on this hotel, especially given the fact that hotels in Fira are so overpriced. We were not on the main drag, which is a blessing because it is a bit hectic over there. We had a duplex room. The lower level consists of the bathroom and a small sittlng area. A small balcony looks out to the street. The place is clean and well-maintained. The bus stop is minutes away and you can walk to everywhere.

Exceptional in every way! The staff we so helpful and caring. Each morning at breakfast they did something special for our little boy, be it fresh orange juice or a heated up waffle. Accomodation was clean and comfortable. Location is excellent and close to everything. We will definitely be back.

Nice hotel near the main area of Fira. Staff friendly and helpful. Best pillows of my trip. Great breakfast with extra treats from the lady in breakfast area I think her name was Regina. Room was nice size with small balcony. Lovely fluffy towels supplied each day.

We had a fantastic stay at Loizos. Maria and staff made us feel extremely welcome, and always took the time to recommend great restaurants nearby, plus the must-see and do activities for our time in Santorini. The room was a great size and very clean. The location was also perfect, only a minute walk to view the stunning sunset each night, but off of the main road so it was a little quieter which was perfect.

First time in Santorini and stayed at Loizos for four nights while touring around the island. As a solo traveler, I stayed in the Superior Double room. Overall, I had a good stay and it was a nice property for the price at the start of the busy season. Staff was very nice and always said hello or waved when I came in in the evenings. If I had questions, they were open to answering and were helpful when I needed assistance. Location is also good, very close to grocery store and the Fira bus station. The rooms have a little kitchenette too which makes stocking up to save some money on snacks very helpful. A few things to be aware of though: Rooms are small. I know it's Europe but the Superior Double was really tight for one person so two would be even more uncomfortable IMO if you're sitting in the room. Rooms are also not how they look in images. My room was clean but shabby compared to the photos. I thought I was getting something very Greek charming and it was outdated, TV mounted crooked, no personality or charm like it has in photos. I was really disappointed about that. Kitchenette is also very old and showing much wear. Bathroom was VERY tight. Shower and water pressure were great but depending on your size, it can be very snug and sitting on the toilet at a weird angle was weird too. Wifi - I was working remotely from Santorini and I did see an earlier review of the Wifi not being great. It's not great. At all. Lots of signals to pick from from where you are in the property but it's not strong or consistent. One night it literally would not connect. Disappointed too that that review was correct. So be aware. Staff can help arrange rental cars for the day and other tours. I found a better rental car deal online than through the hotel so I just managed that myself. I'm guessing there is an upcharge for them assisting to coordinate but I can't say for sure. Santorini is very busy and very expensive so although I had a lot of things I didn't love about the property, it was still an affordable, clean, good option for me. I would consider staying again but I wouldn't rush to it or jump to recommend it to friends.

I found this hotel to be very nice...The staff at the desk were extremely pleasant and gave us good insight into places to go ..The pool are was ok..a little small but they are space limited ...The apartment was ok...two bedrooms and a small kitchenette...It left you sitting on the beds rather than sitting at a table...The balcony was ok...smallish but ok for two people...But overall it was a very pleasant experience...

We had a nice time here. Santorini is beautiful.Literally 1 minute walk to the bars and restaurants on the rim of the the Caldera. The apartment we had was perfect for a family of 4 (13 and 15 year old). It's basically a 2 room apartment separated by a small kitchenette (no cooking facilities-just a fridge and sink with cupboards, cutlery etc). Ours was right next to the pool which suited us. There is a small seating area right outside the apartment. Good for pre-dinner drinks. Apartment was clean and modern. Quiet too. My travel tip- Hire a car or buggy. Fira can get busy during the day with up to 15000 people disembarking cruise ships. We enjoyed exploring the island during the day (cheaper elsewhere too) and avoiding the crowds. The cruisers disappear early evening and it's much less claustrophobic

My friend and I stayed at this nice hotel for 3 nights during a "Greek hopping" tour. At first, it seemed we were not in the best location as it is located at the end of a *****, but we soon found out it was the perfect location. You could easily get from the shopping side or to the Cyclades side, which both boast amazing restaurants and shopping and main attractions, cable car, etc. It is very close to the bus station, which brought us back and forth to Oia for a €2 fare each way and to a Meeting Point where we were picked up for our tour. Finally, if you are flying out of Santorini, the way there is litterally 10 mins. The staff is absolutely amazing and friendly, it doesn't matter if you speak to the day or night receptionists, the cleaning staff or the breakfast lady. The one complaint I did have was that my balcony (my room was the only one upstairs with a hottub I didn't use as I usually don't like them) was not well cleaned and had a large bird poop on the sofa, so I didn't use it. Even if it had been cleaned, I would have been grossed out. Lol. Mind you, this could have easily happened after the cleaning person had left, and I didn't report it, so... My room, however, was spotless. I definitely recommend this gem!
