The front desk service is very good. You can ask the front desk to call a porter to move your luggage when you check in and leave. The room is of moderate size and clean. There are many types of breakfast, which will be delivered to the room. Overall, it is a good choice.

The location of the hotel is average, it is easy to get lost, there are many stone steps, and the service is average. We went to the pier to book a car. The hotel cost 70 euros. In fact, we booked a car ourselves for only 45 euros. After watching the sunset in Oia, we searched for it for a long time. Return to hotel.

It was great that they let me check in early. Even though my English was poor, he explained things slowly and carefully so it was easy to understand. The view from the room was amazing. It was very clean and I was grateful that there were bathrobes and slippers. I thought the pool was heated, so I was disappointed that it was cold. I would like it to be clearly written in the room description. What was a little disappointing was the star illumination in the room. The equipment was out of battery and could not be used. Also, the air conditioner remote control did not respond.

The hotel is located in the most beautiful location in Oia, and the pool facing the sunset is more picturesque. Enjoying the sunset by the pool had been planned from the start. Enjoy the sea view while enjoying a warm bath the next morning. It's a pity that the warm water constant temperature system of the warm pool is broken! There is really no way to enjoy it outdoors at a temperature of 7-13 degrees. Although I have repeatedly asked about the hot water supply when I checked in, the hotel has not been able to solve it. I just ask you to wait patiently. It is still unresolved until check out. I am very disappointed 😔 As far as I know, several nearby rooms also made the same comments to the hotel. I paid 40% more for a heated pool that I couldn’t enjoy (compared to a room without a heated pool), and I only received an extra sorry, which is really helpless🥲 Finally, when we checked out, we asked the staff to carry a piece of luggage for us. When we left for the bus station (with an additional fee), the husband asked me to follow the staff to the bus station because he wanted to return to the hotel to retrieve the lost property. Putting down my luggage in the middle of the road, I moved to the bus stop under the stairs by myself, then turned around and left😡 Maybe I am used to the services of other hotels. I think it is basic to check clearly before handing over the room to the guests. When encountering any problems, I will try my best and send my staff to inspect the problems as soon as possible. Try to solve or provide alternative solutions.☹️ It seems that this hotel enjoys a good location and has no worries. If you want to enjoy the scenery, it is very good; if you want to enjoy the service, it really didn't disappoint me 😞

The room is very good, there is a small balcony facing the sea at the entrance (almost all hotel rooms here), and there is a small swimming pool indoors, you can stay in the room all day. Breakfast is selected one day in advance, and someone will deliver it to the room in the morning. There are many food choices. If there is difficulty in choosing, the staff is happy to make recommendations.
