The Majestic Hotel

This is, without a doubt, the worst five-star hotel I've ever stayed in. First off, the volcano view room was absolutely not worth it. It was incredibly difficult to see the volcano, and the window faced a main road. Motorbikes constantly whizzed by, keeping me awake until the early hours. After discussing it with the hotel, they moved me to a cheaper room, which I hoped would be quieter. However, the soundproofing was terrible; I could clearly hear people talking and laughing outside. Then there's the hygiene. There were flies everywhere, the windows had mysterious liquid stains, the menu was sticky, and there were two dead flies on the bathroom window. I seriously wonder if a five-star hotel can't even manage basic cleanliness. The service attitude was good, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel to Chinese travelers. The Trip.com customer service was excellent and helped a lot with communication, but the fact that I didn't get good sleep for two nights and the hotel was dirty is undeniable.
