Small hotel in Oia with a Cycladic-style interior that feels more average than luxurious, overlooking the caldera. The Ambassador Villa has a heated pool, which is a very nice feature since pools in Santorini can be quite cold during certain months. The views of the caldera and the whitewashed cliffside buildings are beautiful. You have to go down many steps from the main road to reach the hotel, and going back up can be tiring, though this is common for many hotels in Santorini. Overall, it was a good stay in Oia.

A nice place to stay. The breakfast and the view from the villa is awesome:) Although we have encountered some cleanliness issue, the staff promptly fixed the problem and provided the best service for us.

Very enjoyable experience, the two staffs are very friendly, offer a delicious breakfast for us. The honeymoon suites have a beautiful view and tidy room. We will introduce this hotel to our friends who want to travel to Santorini.

This is the first time ever I left a bad review for a hotel. So you know how bad this one is. -- But don't get me wrong. The location is great, facility is alright. It is just the service and the people --- horrible. Horrible is the only word I can think of. The man who met us seems is the owner (looks like it is run by a family), he is constantly in a bad mood. He behaved like, everything is wrong with the customer -- you left the towel on the other side of the private pool, he said you should not do that because it is hard for cleaner to get it; you checked out at 10:50 am, he kept complaining it is late (the latest checkout time is by 11:00); you tried to pay extras from mini bar when checkout, they wanted cash and sounded like it is ridiculous to even try to pay by card (without any previous instruction); OK it is OK to pay by cash as a first-time visitor you would need to find an ATM, the man then said he was busy you need to come back within an hour and in an extremely impatient way sounded like you made a big trouble for them and wasted their time; then I went to ATM, my wife put bags outside the front gate of our room waiting for me, he said to my wife in a really rude way "it is not allowed" to put baggages on front gate and moved out bags to somewhere else around reception. etc etc ... I mean, this is a luxury room. And for sure we came here for relaxing not being blamed. His attitude through out the journey is like "don't make a single fxxking trouble for me as I have ZERO patient for that". And his descending attitude seriously ruined the stay. On my life time I have lived say 1000 hotels if not more, from $20 small inn in ******************* to $3000 luxury hotel in China, Australia, North Europe and USA, none of the service is ever even closed to this bad. Absolutely NONE. And the receptionist is clearly not the first time doing this. The staff from next hotel seen this when they picked us up. He tried to comfort us saying it could be because they have dealt with too many billionaires who are usually quite demanding. During long period of serving these billionaires they gradually become this defensive. My own guess is the owner has earned enough money from the business. As his attitude is like, he is the boss now he does not care if you would come back or not.

First of all, let me say that the hotel owner is very good. We arrived in the morning on a flight from Shanghai. After a 10-hour flight, we urgently needed to shower and freshen up, so we wanted to check in early. The hotel owner happily agreed, which was very important to us. The terrace was much smaller than I expected, and I felt that the view was obstructed. I could see the awning below in front both when taking photos and with my naked eyes. As you can see from the last picture, it was different from what I expected. The room has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room, which can accommodate two families. It was a bit of a waste for just two people. The other room was empty. There was a pot in the kitchen, so we cooked instant noodles, which were delicious. The food here tasted terrible, except for the pasta and ice cream. The hotel breakfast was okay, at least it had a wide variety. There was milk, cereal, eggs and bacon, yogurt, juice, everything, and you could eat a full meal. We were asked to choose as soon as we arrived. We don't speak English well, but the hotel owner used a mobile phone voice translator, so language was not a problem. She was very patient. She explained and translated for us one by one. You can't see the sunset from the hotel, it sets on the other side.

The environment is super beautiful! Eurasian Town is worthy of being called a cat island. There are cute cats everywhere. Different cats come to accompany us for an open-air breakfast with sea view every day. It is really chilling! It has been promoted to my No.1 destination for future vacations! It’s only a dozen meters away from Santorini’s most famous photo spot, so you don’t have to queue up to take photos like other tourists, which is great!

The room is big and the swimming pool is very humid. The facilities are very old and the swimming pool is not as beautiful as other hotels. The service attitude is very good, but it is very expensive

The hot spring bath is indoors, and the room smells very strong, and it feels like living in a bathhouse. The balcony is small, but the view is good, and the view is the same in all the hotels in the town. The breakfast is good. It is basically impossible for girls to drag the suitcase down, and no one in the hotel helps. If a woman comes, you will be embarrassed to ask her to carry the luggage, because she can't carry it.
