It is located just a short walk from the Oia bus stop. Access is no problem.
It's in the opposite direction from where you can see the sunset, so if you're looking forward to that, we recommend a different hotel. You can see the sea from your room.

Aplai Dome was the perfect hotel in Oia. From the very moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home. They were warm and welcoming and attentive to anything we needed. The hotel is a very short walk to the caldera. I loved being very close but just a little removed from all the hustle and bustle of town. The view from our room was breathtaking and we could see the colors of the gorgeous sunset. During the day, you see fields with horses grazing as well as blue sky for miles. It was lovely to sit and read and have a drink by the pool. When we wanted to see the rest of the island, the staff was helpful in arranging transportation, tours, setting up a rental car for us and providing directions to help us navigate all around. The breakfast was great, too. There were waffles, pancakes, as well as yogurt, fruits, sausages and eggs. Aplai Dome was a fabulous place to stay!

Aplai Dome is an amazing place to stay during your visit to Santorini, it is 5 minutes walking to Oia the most beautiful village in the island. Elpida and the rest of the staff were so kind, we appreciated their help. Breakfast is quite good, served next to the swimming pool. Rooms are quite big, and they have their own kitchen. If you want to go walking to Oia, we suggest to go crossing the bus parking nearby, it is safer for pedestrians that way. If you rent a car, there’s a small parking in the hotel as well.

Amazing stay!! Fabulous pool areas with amazing views , we lay out for an entire day and it was heaven! The manager was lovely , recommended restaurants / bar, kindly offered to organise transports / excursions etc if , we were also given a glass of vinsanto, friendly wee dog & cat live at the property, lovely special touches. Centre of Oia is 7mins walk. Rooms are spacious, airy, compliments to cleaning lady , rooms cleaned everyday/fresh towels , we were in room 8 and it had a great balcony , again amazing views. Breakfast was great , breakfast plate with egg , sausage , bacon, fruit & pastry’s , coffee , orange juice , I thought it was impressive for the price we paid , again a lovely friendly welcome from bar staff. Top class stay for us !! Highly recommend!!

Wonderful peaceful hotel in beautiful Oia with amazing sunset. We had a jacuzzi suite with our family of 4 ( with 2 teenagers). Slightly small but kids loved the jacuzzi, and a great base to explore beautiful Santorini and close enough to Oia (8 minute walk) to explore at times to avoid the huge sunset crowds.

the staff was amazing and the hotel itself was great with a nice view and daily cleaning. We were given a free pizza on our last day aswell as a small handmade trinket which was so thoughtful. Not to mention the cute cat around the hotel. Great place very close to the heart of oia!

We were at Aplai Dome for ten nights as we were meeting family members from Australia as well as UK, a family get together in Santorini. It was magical, we can fully endorse all of the praise that's gone before and more. All of the staff at Aplai Dome go the extra mile to ensure that their guests have the best experience, and you will. Stamatis and his wife own and run the hotel and we were told by them to treat their hotel as our home and they meant it. They are backed up by Charis front of house and Charis (2) with George in the restaurant/bar. The breakfasts are lovely and with fine choices available everyday. These guys are as passionate as the owner and his wife regarding doing everything possible to make sure that your stay is memorable. Even the staff on room service are happy to go the extra mile. The suites are lovely, and everywhere is spotless outside as well as inside. You will not be disappointed at Aplai Dome (Suites).
