Style over substance - stayed one night after walking the Camino. Room modern but hotel is located near Galicia Plaza and is central so noisy both day and night, especially when Spain sleeps in the afternoon and stays up late evening. 4th floor room - tiny window up high so no view at all and hemmed in ; no information on either - yes 2 safes in the wardrobe- so no idea as to how many digits needed etc; shower - v v v marginal gap between running v hot or cold, impossible to get a medium temperature; second shower couldnt get the shower switch (you pulled under the tap) to stay so had to wash in 2 inches of water in the bath - hence appearance over practicality. QR code takes you to hotel info - thoroughly fed up with that and using phone battery / space etc plus had to go to reception for wifi code as not in room. Wifi didnt work in restaurant in basement.

All perfect and clean. Quiet and easy parking in the same street. We missed a toaster, but generally everything like in the photos. Very easy entry to the building by a code without keys. We will repeat safely.

We were staying in a apartment on the top floor last December and has been one of the best experiences we have had recently. The hotel is located in the city centre, in the city centre and in the city centre. Very friendly and professional staff, also thank Ana and her receptionmate for the very friendly and service treatment they offered and the possibility of leaving us to keep our bags in the hotel on the day of check-out, comes great since very close there is a bus stop that takes you directly to the airport. To conclude, I would like to comment, this point is completely outside the direction or management of the apartments, and it is the little empathy that some guests have when they return to high hours of the morning for rest and right to sleep from others, And I hope with this comment I can be a little aware of future customers, as we usually read the comments and we all like to enjoy our holidays, both day and night.

The hotel itself is also a scenic spot, right next to the church. It is easy to get lost in the back-shaped corridor, so you must find a good direction first when you get out of the elevator. Every corner of the hotel is decorated in a very simple and simple way. If you don't arrange anything for a day, you can just stay in the hotel. In the middle of the week when it is not the peak season, the room was already ready for check-in at 8:00 in the morning. It was a surprise, so I quickly took a shower and went out refreshingly. The breakfast is also very good. Although the breakfast room is not big, it is well arranged.

We come for the atmosphere, as this authentic place is so special to stay in. It was once a seminary, so to get the full experience it's best to spend several nights here. We always ask for the rooms that are just for 2 people (as some are pilgrim rooms with bunk begs, so check when booking) It's quite basic which is fine & the same can be said for the dining (breakfast & dinner, served in the old refectory) but that's all part of the experience. Location could not be better as it's facing the Cathedral of St James in the centre of the old city. It's really good value & it's a great place to meet interesting people from all walks of life & all parts of the world. This year the only thing that was not quite there was the lounge/coffee area was still closed (after the pandemic) & as this is the area where everywhere mixes after some very weary travelling to swap stories, well...we missed it. Otherwise all was really good as usual!

Located about 15 minutes walk to the main old town Cheap and name is hostel but it's a hotel with a separate bathroom. Soundproofing is a little bit, but it seems to be unavoidable because of the old building characteristics. It was comfortable to stay
