Very poor hotel, I booked a double bed for 2 nights on X journey. At that time, 2,000 yuan was deducted from the debit card and the cash reservation was successful. When I checked in, I rushed to the hotel and waited in line at 23:30 in the middle of the night. The Spanish customer service was very slow. , It's not the information I ordered at all ⬆️ It's still a gorgeous double bed, flashy. I fell asleep in the middle of the night and fell to the ground in the middle of the night. This bed has wheels and can move. Didn't sleep well all night. Negotiate immediately this morning. There is no bottle of water in this hotel. There is no breakfast for 2,000 yuan. The door could not be opened when I checked in the next night, and I had to pay the full rent on the same day and had to charge my credit card, so please comment. We have an eco friendly policy, so sheets and towels are changed only upon request. I stayed in a room with a double bed and a terrace, and it was pleasant and nice.
It's nice to be able to leave the room cleaning or sheet change to you even if you go out in the afternoon after cleaning until the evening. You can also do laundry, but it's expensive.

It Is with gladness that I live my review for the EXE Peregrino Hotel. The first thing that I like to mention is the front desk. For my situation (lost luggage) they showed understanding and good guidance to work out my problems. I like to mention especially Laura for all her help. The rooms were good and good cleaning standards. The location of the hotel is excellent. If I would be forced to name one negative thing it is the coffee at breakfast. But that is a matter of taste. Overall a perfect stay

We easily walked to the cathedral most days and found nearby restaurants very good. The staff answered all of our questions and were helpful in obtaining taxi's.

This hotel claims to be a 4 star but at best it would be 2-3 stars. One of the lifts is always out of action and the other one often does not stop at your floor despite calling the lift. Given the hotel has about 9 floors you cannot walk up or down the stairs. The wifi is abysmal. Had to pay €60 per night to upgrade to a junior suite from a twin room. No TV in the living area but only in the bedroom where you have to lie on the bed to watch TV. There are no amenities provided in the bathroom and there are no coffee or tea making facilities. We asked for a kettle and we’re told to go to the restaurant. Did not even have a bottle of water in the room. Some of the equipment in the Gym did not work. For a supposed 4 star hotel there wasn’t a single luggage stand for 2 persons. Breakfast is pretty ordinary with very weak coffee from the machines. Hardly any fresh vegetables or lettuce at breakfast. Do not assume it is a 4 star hotel.

This hotel was very disappointing. The room was clean. The breakfast was not satisfactory. Very limited choices and not much of it. One lift was switched off during the morning rush. Leaving one lift to service the whole hotel for breakfast and checkout time. We had to carry our bags down 5 flights of stairs!!!! We had waited for the lift, but unfortunately it kept skipping our floor. When we finally got down to reception, we were told by other people they had the same trouble. When we asked at reception, they just said “sorry” with no explanation. On a more positive note, the young gentleman at the bar/pool area/restaurant was wonderful. So knowledgeable and very helpful. And enjoyed teaching us basic Spanish.

Breakfast was a great choice and did not disappoint. We did eat one night for dinner at the buffet in the restaurant bit would not recommend the choice was poor, the food was cold and the quality was a 2/10 at most-this would be the only complaint of the hotel but I feel it is worth mentioning. On the day of leaving we were able to keep our room on until 2pm at no extra cost which was very helpful. Location wise it was perfect and was only a short walk to the centre of town and the old town. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would use agin ourselves.
