The hotel is conveniently located - walking distance to Robinsons mall, Anytime Fitness, and cafes. I wish there is a convenience store in the vicinity though. The rooms are clean though there was a smell coming from the drain when I was there. Not a big issue for me since I was only there for a few days. Would recommend!

Stay for 3 nights. The first night Air conditioner wasn’t working. And tv also. Ask them to move me to another room. But they just change the ac to a new one. Which is nice . Don’t really like the service this time. Been staying here many times. The breakfast I ordered with bacon not even cooked and it looks black. Over all just fine .

please upgrade the towels.

Unfortunately i’m not happy to thevroom i was in.the A/C is noisy and there’s a leakage of water coming out.no time to complain coz for only a night of sleep over I managed.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The rooms are affordable and well-maintained, and the breakfast isn't bad either. The pancakes are really delicious! The only downside was the lack of hot water for showering. The staff were very friendly, and we felt very comfortable during our one-night stay.

They need to focus on cleaning the washroom and shower , there is a mold issue . This hotel is a decent choice for Santiago City don’t expect a large city 5 star hotel.

The hotel over all was nice, what bothered me is the smell that came from the bathroom drain. We had to keep the fan in the toilet on.

Super convenient place to stay, clean room ..also Kind staff..Will definitely book again. Highly recommended.

Excellent location walking distance to the mall and other attractions, friendly staff.. clean  facility and good internet connection.. will come back anytime I visit santigo city in Isabella

It's great, but please provide a doormat not the same with towel.. but overall it's great

Location is good and staff is accommodating but the facilities are quite old
