Nice lovely clean rooms all staff very nice and helpful Food good only suggestions would be to label gluten free as would be helpful for guests and staff as the bread was labelled but not on anything else saying this I had a fantastic holiday and will definitely go back thankyou for a wonderful time 😊

Big Hotel, 2 separate buildings either side of a beautiful bay, we stayed in building 2, with a view through trees of the beach and sea, room clean and modern, comfy bed and cleaned every day which was great, we stayed half board, buffet style breakfast and evening meal which is really good with loads of choice, staff work really hard and are friendly and efficient, was really busy despite it nearing the end of the season, would stay here again no problem

We were sold this as 4 Star, some say 5 actually! Both are wrong!! This is an average hotel that the best it has to offer is the size of its double beds. As an all inclusive guest, I expected top notch. What I got was small servings with little effort. Now if I was on half board and paying for my drinks? I would’ve been given larger drinks in better glasses and named spirits. All inclusive gets local spirits in half size measures. Why? Who knows?!? Food was ok at best! Very repetitive as what you get for dinner is exactly the same for tea/evening meal. I went for a week, only ate in the evening 3 x times! Boring, bland and basic. To be honest, the afternoon snack bar in the larger pool area (there’s 2 x pools) was quite good. All inclusive had a 3 hr window from 3:00-6:00pm. Paying guests were allowed all afternoon. Again why?? The larger pool area was nice, never sunbathed there as it’s busy! There’s also the point of the bathing areas being pretty open to the public. Our last full day/afternoon was ruined by locals using the facilities. Totally took over an area and started playing there own music. They got reported over the music but the staff never asked them to leave. Even though they never had an wristband on! Staff were in general helpful. Check in was swift. Overall. Disappointed.

Currently on holiday here and it’s the best all inclusive we’ve been to! There’s so many activities for everyone and the entertainment is great! Amazing food in the A la Carte restaurants especially Mare Nubium. Not one bad thing to say

My mum and I stayed for 5 nights in the first week of October 2023 (all inclusive) and we had a wonderful time. From the moment we walked in we were treated like family, and all the staff were so welcoming and happy to help. The bedroom overlooked the pool and sea which was perfect, and it had all the amenities you could need (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, hair dryer, safe, mini fridge). The food buffets were amazing and different every day which was a lovely surprise. We would also thoroughly recommend the entertainment activities lead by Ozz and Maria - Maria arranged fabulous water aerobics, yoga on the beach, and Ozz lead great quizzes, bingo and organised morning paddle boarding. They both went above and beyond to ensure all guests were having a great time and were included in all the activities. They also arranged a coach trip into Santanyi for the market which gets booked up very quickly so ask about that as soon as you arrive as it was fab! Would thoroughly recommend AluaSoul and a huge thank you to Ozz and Maria for a n amazing holiday!

Where do I start when entering hotel was nice and clean with friendly reception staff. When booked in the receptionist said they’ll send a porter to take our suitcase to our room and receptionist then directed us to our room well took us a while to get there and was gagging for a drink as the steps you have to take were unbelievable we ended up doing 20,000 steps a day when on holiday for 10 days. We are staying in the second hotel behind there main hotel which Is split between a beach which I thought was a private beach but you seen children on there with families but this hotel says adults only but if you wanted to go on beach you’ll may have children next to you. When entering the room we were staying was clean and spacious the only down side was the balcony we over looked the back end off another hotel which wasn’t nice and around 11pm every night you heard dustbin men emptying the bottle bins or the rubbish. When went down to breakfast after taking many steps to get there I build up a nice appetite for some breakfast. When entering your greeted with friendly staff members at this hotel. But most off the food (sausages,bacon,eggs,mushrooms) to name a few was swimming in grease/oil which I didn’t like so decided stick with boiled eggs or cereals. The meal times ain’t much up to scratch either most night same old food we ended up eating out few times down local restaurant. The beer in restaurant was okay but wouldn’t recommend the Rose wine unless you like drinking cough mixture as burnt your throat when consuming it! Never visited the night life entertainment as ended up hiring a car to go to Cala D Or as it’s 39 Minutes walk to get there from where we were staying at Cala Egos. Cleaners always cleaned daily here friendly too. Wouldn’t be suitable for pensioners or disabled to be honest with the amount off steps you have to take there are lifts but take ages to get to you and time you get on a lift you might well walk down steps. Need some sort off no smoking signs by the stairs by the restaurant area down to the beach as the smokers where hanging around the steps and we had to walk through the second hand smoke to get to our room.

We have just returned from a week in the Alua Soul Mallorca. We had paid for a superior All Inclusive sea view room including access to the ‘Fancy Bar and pool’. The views were stunning. Whilst everything was ok, it did not reflect the price we paid. The hotel is an ok 4 star. The room was clean and well maintained. The corridor carpets were threadbare and stained in some areas. Paying extra for a tiny pool with a dozen sunbeds which were claimed by towels by 5am was a total waste of money. Getting a Sunbed anywhere by a pool was a feat in itself. Not a pleasant pool experience at all. There were different sound systems blaring different music which was certainly not relaxing. The hotel advertises 6 restaurants. There are four. You could only book the nice one once, and they only squeezed us in because I complained. The ‘My favourite club’ gave access to a lovely breakfast which we couldn’t fault. The head waitress was an absolute credit to your hotel. We had breakfast in the main restaurant one day which was a very unpleasant experience. The ‘Fancy Bar’ was another plus as was the main barman here. A lovely relaxing area. There was a horrid dust storm one night which left the pool areas filthy. I asked for a cloth to clean the Sunbed and table we were using on the overflow decking area, there was no attempt to help me. Just a small wet paper towel. All in all, we had a nice enough holiday but I definitely wouldn’t recommend or return to this hotel.

Another fabulous relaxing holiday at this wonderful hotel. The location, staff, restaurants and facilities make this our special place. The renovations this year and the My Favourite Club waiter service breakfasts and speciality restaurants have taken the experience to another level.

As we look at Trip Advisor reviews before going anywhere, I honestly can't make sense of some of the reviews of this accommodation. We had a very good experience. Concentrate on the majority. A lovely hotel, clean rooms, very friendly and attentive staff. We stayed AI and I am always a bit dubious about buffet food but the selection and variation I thought was fantastic as were the restaurants we were entitled to 2 free meals in. The A la Carte restaurant was a tasting menu and it was very good. The little beach and cove is ideal for snorkelling and there was entertainment on daily in the hotel pool and on an evening if that is your sort of thing. There was no or very little noise from the beach of an evening. Also make sure you get a beach/pool view with a balcony if you can afford to for excellent views. 2 pools, one lively and busy, the other smaller but more relaxed. Perfect if you want to do very little for a week. Cala Egos is lovely if a little smaller and quiet than Cala D'or which is around a 30-40 minute walk from here. Also I recommend the Starfish Dolphin watching trip, we really did see dolphins! A couple of small bits to stop it being 5 star but not complaints as it didn't affect our stay but maybe something for the hotel to pick up on: Some of the sunbeds and parasols were torn. The all inclusive drinks came in small plastic tumblers so you were up and down to the bar more than you might need to be. However thoroughly recommend and I'd go back tomorrow.
