Very nice time with family at this hotel Good food good location and vey nice fun for the kids. We spend 10 days and everything was very good. Only one thing the pools are open too short in this time of summer holidays Nice attractions for the kids .

Really lovely stay here. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The food was lovely. The buffet was small but very varied and included lovely pre-made salads. Good section for kids food too. I noted a gluten free section at breakfast and most meals were labelled for allergens. We were AI- drinks measures were very generous! You get a token which you exchange for clean cups- this prevents cups going missing as if you lose the token or cup you are charged- though they said the charge goes to a local charity which is nice. I much prefer this system to others where disposable cups are used- much more environmentally friendly. The pool area is small and it could be a squeeze to get a sunny spot for your sun bed. As others have said the Sun beds are stacked away which means getting them yourself. I’m only little and found lifting and moving them quite tough. Inflatables are allowed in the pool and the pool itself was never crowded. I would definitely return here as the price was reasonable for what we got. The food and staff made it for me.

The perfect spot for an affordable, great value, fun family get away in Santa Posna; from the super friendly, helpful staff to the lovely pools, outstanding kids club and clean, fresh accomodation I really, really recommend this hotel for a family get away with kids. We were a family of four, with a four-year-old and two-year-old, they loved the variety on the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets - we went all inclusive and it was well worth it. The children could ask for ice creams and slushies whenever they liked, there were always drinks (soft and alcoholic) available to help yourselves too and the coffee was really great too. The choices on offer each day were varied and my eldest tried lots of new foods. If I was picky I would have liked more veggie options for myself. Staff, in particular, Max who looks after all the entertainment and activities, and Alison, who runs the Kids Club, are just the best, always on hand to help with anything you need. It made all the difference. The kids club is great, they can play and stay on their own from the age of three upwards, and we just stayed with our two year old. There's lots to do like pizza making to t-shirt designing and is suitable for all ages. Really safe and nice and cool too. Each night there is a children's disco at 8.30pm and then a show, they're pretty varied and all done outside, which is nice to sit with drinks. After the shows Max puts music on and the children can dance again if they like. The pool area is done with astro turf so safe for kids and the life guard is really vigilent, there's a bit of pool to suit everyone. There's plenty of sunbeds and we always found a space. Santa Posna beach is about a ten minute walk away and so pretty, with lots of beach bars, shops and people watching opps. If you want an easy to budget, great value and fun place to stay in Santa Posna this is a great place to stay -

We had a great family holiday here in October 2023 ( half term). I would go back here again. It is a good family hotel and the staff there are very helpful, friendly and work really really hard. They made you feel very welcome. The rooms are basic we had 2 between six of us, 2 x adults and 4 teenage kids. As others have said the walls are thin, and on one night most of the hotel heard one couple having a major row into the early hours of the morning. On a positive note though the showers in the rooms are really good. The pool is lovely, it opens at 10am and there was a bit of a rush for the sunbeds each morning. Which was a bit ridiculous as the hotel was pretty quiet when we went. You did have people claiming sunbeds at 10am and then leaving towels on them for most of the day. Which was a bit pathetic. Guests fault not the hotels. The main lifeguard there was brilliant didn't miss anything. There was plenty of choice at every meal, freshly cooked meats chicken or fish, salads, pasta , rice and curry or meat in sauce or curries. As well as the usual burgers pizzas and chips. There was plenty of variety and you should be able to find something you would like there. The drinks were basic but again decent. One local beer on draft included in the AI as well as red, white Rose wine and Sangria. Coffees and soft drinks were also available all day. We really enjoyed it and would visit again sometime in the future. The place is quiet and good value for money. Thanks

Really disappointed with this hotel. We usually stay in Alcudia 4star hotel so have accounted for this in my review. Hotel is small so ideal if you don’t want the hustle of a busy hotel. Apartment room had 2 single beds, single sofa and a very hard sofa to sleep on. The sofa was short so legs hung over the edge and narrow so you couldn’t turn over. Pic supplied. Only 2 duvets supplied which were needed during the night when the temp dropped. I was given extra duvets but had to ask. Bars on bathroom window made you feel like you were in a cell. Shower was powerful and spacious. Apartment room is small and little space to put clothes and store cases. Rooms are not in the hotel but in blocks and look like an inner city block of flats. Positive - lifts fairly new and worked well. Balcony had next doors air con unit so noisy. Security not good as balcony doors had a tiny catch that easily opened with a small amount of force and room door had daylight all the way around the frame. 2nd night a couple had a huge fight at 2am, shouting, foul language and lots of banging, sounded like items being thrown. Other families started shouting to tell them to be quiet as they had woken kids. My kids were terrified. No hotel security or staff around. Food was very good if you don’t have allergies. There were labels but not clear. Gluten free station but no labels for ingredients. I am gluten free and dairy so this was very difficult. On main food counter lots of food clearly gluten and dairy free (meat and veg) but all cross contaminated as serving spoons used on other dishes and food dropped across other serving dishes. Toaster had breadcrumbs on rack and drop so couldn’t be used with gluten allergy. Only allergy free desserts were melon and pineapple. We were All Inclusive- wine and beer, flat Pepsi and 7up. No soya milk for tea. Juices all watered down or not available as had run out. No ice cream or bottles of water which we are used to AI. Restaurant clean and staff worked hard to clear tables ready for families waiting. Pool clean but don’t expect to be saved if drowning as the lifeguard spent his time on his phone. Local area grubby. Lots of graffiti, dog mess and cigarette ends. Lots of shops closed not sure if nearing end of season or closed down. Staff friendly, beds changed every other day and clean towels. There was hair and sand on our floor the day we arrived and never did get cleaned. There is a tired looking pool table and table tennis table with broken bats but my boys enjoyed these all the same. No hotel entertainment which was advertised, the maintenance took down the stage lighting and speakers on our first day. All in all, very disappointing as I had booked this as a surprise for my husbands ‘big’ birthday and wasn’t a cheap holiday. Won’t be returning to this hotel or Santa Ponsa. Back to Alcudia next year which is far superior.

We stayed 18th October 6nights. Had a lovely room. Studio appartment. Plenty of room for 2 adults 2 children. Clean. Comfy beds The BEST shower we have ever had! All staff were lovely in both places. We used the pool area more at jutlandia(sister hotel)as it was better for our 2 year old depth wise. Maids called every other day which was fine for us. We found entertainment totally fine. Ava loved the horse merry go round outside jutlandia!lol. We didn't eat at either places,so can't comment on that. Elizabeth in kids club was ace! Didn't get to meet the fella as his wife had a baby. Would definitely return although we personally wouldn't stay in peak season as it was just about busy enough for us when we was there. But great spot easy reach of shops, restaurants and bars eroski about 10mins walk away.

Location is great 5 minute walk to the beach there's a short steepish climb up a hill that could be an issue for the less mobile when returning to the hotel. The restaurants in the resort are a bit hit and miss, we had a meal at the Portafino and I had fish, its hard to describe how poor it was, very deep fried mush is a fair stab at it. Most of the restaurants serve exactly the same food their menus are identical. Beach is great! I've read lots of reviews about this hotel and many of them refer to an adjoining door between rooms, I've no idea where these rooms are, we never had one. The staff are very friendly and helpful apart from one a bruiser on reception, she appears very resentful of tourists being there and doesn't interact with anyone. We were told on arrival the rooms would cleaned every other day, we stayed 11 nights the room was cleaned twice and bedding and towels swapped 3 times. Restaurant area is filthy I wouldn't have eaten there even if I had paid for it. Pool area is fine plenty of sunbeds just not big enough practically sat on top of each other. Some of the ground floor rooms are opposite the restaurant seating area and diners were absent mindedly sat staring at us as they chewed open mouthed on pizza. Not the worse place I've stayed at, far from it, would I return....no

Good points food is plentiful and good choice Bad-no sleep ! The resort is quiet however there is a interconnected door to the next room so you might as well just have the neighbours in with you , the crying, arguing ,toilet is clear to hear. Absolutely no chance of intimacy or rest . We initially had a toddler crying at all hours , someone talking on a phone on the wee hours and the wall that thin you could hear the person on the other end as clear as a bell and then shouting . We were all inclusive but it wasn’t really as we are used to as things like safe , water etc are chargeable . Not for us but if you have small children it might be ok just not for couples .
