ubicado en un excelente lugra, cerca de la bahia de santa marta y el parque de los enamorados, en cuanto a sus instalaciones espere mucho mas, pero me senti comodo, su servicio fue regular y el desayuno tambien me dejo mucho que desear.

The staff were super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was amazing. It was very good for the price but it didn’t feel like the nicest hotel. There were no windows in the room and you could hear everything going on in the other rooms. Definitely great for one or two nights on a budget when travelling.

Super friendly staff, service was great. Breakfast was good. Hotel is nice, but mattress was not comfortable. Seriously, I felt like sleeping on a rock. My room did not have a window and was small. For some reason, the bathroom always smell bad. Avoid room 308, there no WI-FI in the room.
In addition, there is no elevator and rooms are located on the second and third floor. Breakfast is served on the fourth floor.

I only had one problem with the air conditioning, it didn't cool. Spacious and well-cleaned rooms. It is close to Santa Marta Bay, there are some restaurants nearby. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I only stayed one night.

El hotel se encuentra en un barrio lleno de discotecas y bares con música con un volumen insoportable. Está próximo a la discoteca La Brisa Loca que pone la música a un volumen que hace temblar las paredes de las habitaciones del hotel y permanece así hasta las 4 de la madrugada. Es literalmente imposible conciliar el sueño ni descansar. Es una pesadilla, un infierno insufrible. La gerencia del hotel lo sabe pero dicen que no pueden hacer nada al respecto. Totalmente desaconsejable si se pretende dormir y descansar por las noches.
