Best hotel in santa marta!! The atmosphere, the service, the food, the pool, the walking distance beach, the bar, everything is just PERFECT!!! Recommended for couples, no children’s and willing to chill. Supermarket near by but not necessary they help with everything you need

Ana deserves a raise She is an excellant cook. The staff was extremely attentive and caring, tending to all our wants and needs. the rooms were comfortable. the beach and cabanas were well kept and enjoyabe. this was or second stay within a 12 month period and I'm sure it wont be our last.

The staff were incredible, they made our visit exceptional. Super friendly and accommodating, delivering food directly to the pool and making adjustments to our cocktails on requests. Breakfast was ok, all the options were very similar and there could have been more variance, especially for vegetarians. Also, they kept oversalting the food. The second breakfast I asked for only a little salt and it was still too much. The one after that I asked for no salt at all, and it was still too salty. It's quite difficult to remove salt from a dish once it's in and it did ruin the meal unfortunately. Also, the pillows in the room were very uncomfortable, they were filled with too much air and the quality of the fabric was poor.

We spent five heavenly days at the hotel. It’s a beautiful, comfortable and welcoming place. Every member of staff is charming and helpful. On top of everything, the food is terrific. You could not find a better spot in the Santa Marta area!!

Me and my wife loved this place! Is a small family owned hotel that makes you feel very confortable. All the staff was fantastic, it would not be fair to name just one or two persons here. We had a great time. Food and drinks were good. Is conveniently located right at the beach. Lots of things to do around the area.

Excellent boutique hotel with amazing beach. Food and drinks are also excellent. Staff is always ready for you. Room was super clean and has all amenities. Do t forget to order the Cayeye for breakfast and the arepas con huevo. Will come back soon!

The staff were amazing - very attentive and so helpful when we asked for help organising a day trip to parque tayrona. The kitchen was great too. Despite our embarrassingly minimal English - the staff made it a very easy experience. Overall a fabulous time :))

Nestled between high rises Casa Verano Beach Hotel is truly a Boutique hotel with the charm of a personal touch. The staff members love their job and are focused on customer service. The area between the rooms and the beach is a cozy garden and pool are that is expertly manicured. The pictures on trip advisor accurately reflect the venue. The rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. The beds are comfortable with nice sheets and pillows and our a/c worked wonderfully. The food in the restaurant is very good with several options. Breakfast options do not have a lot of variety across the menu, but each breakfast includes coffee, juice, fresh fruit, and eggs. The beach has private chairs and shade covers, the sand is clean and the water warm and refreshing. They will deliver drinks on the beach. Some reviews complain about airplane noise, but it was minimal.
