The views from this resort are amazing. If you enjoy snorkeling, then come here and not the other places in the bay. Very helpful staff. Would definitely come back!

I went to Las Brisas with my 12-year-old and 14 year-old sons and my 72-year-old mother in general. The resort was good and accommodated everyone’s needs without a doubt for us. The best part was tennis with Paco every morning at 9am, the bird tour with Pablo, which happens a few mornings a week at 7 AM in sailing with uri. The staff is what makes this place Great . if you have an opportunity to take the bird tour walk with Pablo , it is super special and meeting him was definitely a highlight. He knows so much about wildlife nature and Mexico . simple guy with a lot of soul and very wise!

Place was really nice. Parking was easy. Clean room. Staff at times in the restaurants just felt like they were unpleasant and unfriendly. But the rest of the staff were nice.

Food was the biggest weakness here. Very few options for vegetarians and the buffet food was often cold and repetitive. Rooms were very clean and staff was outstanding. Beaches were lovely. Not an easy resort for people with mobility problems to navigate.

Overall, our stay was just okay. The biggest downside was that the amenities felt quite old and in need of updating. The rooms were also outdated, which took away from the overall experience and comfort we were expecting. The food was another area that could use improvement. While it wasn’t bad, there was very little variety, and the menu didn’t seem to change much during our stay, which became repetitive. That said, the staff was a highlight of the trip—everyone we encountered was great, responsive, and respectful, which we truly appreciated.
