Quando fiz a reserva constava que o quarto seria cama Queen, nos foi dado um quarto com cama de casal. O box do banheiro extremamente pequeno muito ruim. Na recepção quando solicitei mais um sabonete, pois no banheiro só havia um, a recepcionista sugeriu que eu pegasse na recepção, o que achei estranho , não haveria nenhum problema descer para pegar o sabonete, só que acabara de chegar de viagem cansada, achei muita falta de consideração do hotel com os hóspedes( e o sabonete só para constar nem espuma fazia) antes tivesse levado de casa. Nota para o hotel 4.
