Excellent stay, room with a wonderful sea view, abundant breakfast, very professional receptionist service, excellent price. At the end of my stay I paid only 4€ of taxes in total for 2 people.

Hard to find at first as it’s a brown door next to a parking lot but once opened it’s so lovely and inviting with a beautiful garden area . Siri greeted us at the door and along with the rest of the staff made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Wonderful dinner recommendations, directions and general information happily provided. Nice breakfast choices with delish coffee and pastries so hard to resist. Unique room with a full jacuzzi and brick ceiling much higher than it looks in the picture. Nice outdoor hot tub option as well. Lovely music in the late afternoon surrounds the garden and pool perfect for a dip and nice outdoor shower after a long day of touring. Would definitely go back!!

Very good value for money, very suitable for travel. Not far from the attractions, sleeping quiet at night, walking more than 20 minutes from the train station. The beds and bathrooms are just fine, and I will live next time.

We spent nine nights in this hotel, three (one adult and two teenagers). Our first impression: we were very disappointed with our room and we wanted to cancel the reservation to go elsewhere. The materials used for the fittings and decoration are very ”cheap” and the rooms do not have the charm that they have on the photos. The lower ones with their large colored windows (the hotel has been converted into a former theatre) have character, but their toilets are outside. Anyone can go there: it is impossible to leave the slightest personal effects there and to walk around in undress, especially since it is the entrance hall of the hotel... In any case, the room that was offered to us was not the one reserved. The noise. All of the hotel's windows are single-glazed, while the building overlooks one of Palermo's busiest avenues. Suffice to say that earplugs are not an option. For convenience - we were in the middle of July - we decided to stay there anyway. Our host, seeing us disappointed, went to great lengths to make our stay pleasant. The ”cheap” aspect was still verified several times. In use, we appreciated the immediate proximity to all the lively places and transport. There is a very well served bus stop just in front of the hotel, which allows you to reach Mondello beach in three quarters of an hour (bus 101 then 806) and to go to / from the airport by a direct shuttle. The train station is also very close; to go to Cefalù it takes a good half an hour of transport. On the other hand, do not think of going swimming in the vicinity of the hotel: the port is not at all equipped for tourism and there are only breakers apart from a tiny zone of launch. water for the boats, which is not cleaned (sea**** and shells of mussels and oysters act as a beach). Another strong point of the hotel, its agreement with the small cafe overlooking the street where you have breakfast. The managers are not fussy and have the children in good hands (long live the croissants stuffed with Nutella). Finally, we really appreciated the air conditioning, which was silent and worked day and night without the slightest difficulty. In the heat wave, it was really nice to go out in the morning, come in to cool off in the early afternoon and come out rested around 5 p.m. Since most of the places to visit are very close, it is a very practical HQ.

We stayed at Delle Vittorie in May for a family vacation and had a great stay! We were a group of 9 traveling together and even before we got there, they worked with us to secure separate rooms for the time frame we wanted to stay. The rooms were beautiful and clean and the hotel is in the perfect location- right in the middle of restaurants, stores and historic sites. We were also close to the market and a 20 min walk from the train station which was perfect for day trips. They helped arrange pick up and drop off at the airport which was much appreciated. We had such a great stay and would 100% recommend anyone staying here.

Our room always smelled of damp as soon as you closed the windows for 5 minutes - that was the worst part of the experience, as we couldn't sleep with the windows closed either.
